After taking over the Colts in week 17 of last season and subsequently going 0-2 including a wildcard playoff loss against the Cincinnati Bengals, Coach Bruce Banner gets his first win in his new position. Fueled by their run game and a staunch defense the colts were able to pull out the 31-20 victory over their division rival Tenessee Titans. They were able to punch in 4 rushing touchdowns led by their rookie rb Daquan Jordan who had 87 yards and 2 TDs followed by Mack and freeman with a td each. In his 3rd game with a new coach Qb Phil McCollum still doesn't seem to see eye to eye with the game plan and threw for less than 50% and for only 129 yards. Most coming from veteran speedster Parris Campbell who gained 74 yards. On the other side Veteran Lb Ruben Foster led the charge with 7 tackles and a ff. Although on paper the defense gave up a ton of yards they were able to come up with 3 FF and a int which seem to be the big difference in the game. The Colts look forward to seeing how they can continue to build with their new coach and keep this team contending.
