13 Teams in 13 days: ST Louis Rams

Coach B. Clark takes over the St. Louis Rams for the 2018 Season and enters with a career record of 44-36 (3-3 playoffs).  Coach Clark has dramatically improved over the last few seasons and is expected to fight for playoff postion with the 49ers.  His West Coast Offense holds some strong talent and could be a problem for opposing defenses all year.

The legendary QB A. Rodgers 99 is the General of this offensive army, and daily fires missles to TE R. Gronkowski 99 when it counts the most.  If that's not enough for the defense to keep an eye on, HB J. McKinnon 85 speeds through gaps for tough yards behind an offensive line powered by LG R. Wagner 86.   Splitting the field and catching precise passes from Rodgers is veteran WR L. Fitzgerald 89 and WR J. Edelman 88.

Defining the Rams Defense is a strong D-Line composed of DE's C. Heyward 89 and D. Wolfe 83 and DT's M. Jackson 85 and C. Peters 84.  The linebackers are strongest in the middle and rightside as MLB B. Martinez 83 and ROLB L. David 95 own the midfield.  Manning up the WR's on opposing offenses are the CB's R. Alford 85 and A. Burns 83.  Playing deep and crushing loose runners in open field with man to man coverage is SS M. Hyde 93.

Leading this run attack is HB D. Freeman 92 behind a balanced line led by the outside lane makers LT R. Schraeder 83 and RT T. Tuner 81.  Rookie QB B. Mayfield 82 is learning the ropes in his first season and should be a strong QB for the remainder of the frachise. The receiving core is filled with speedy young WR's like WR M. Goodwin 84 (95 spd), D. Moncrief 81 (92 spd), C. Samuel 75 (95 spd) and D.J. Chark Jr 74 (94 spd).

The deep side of the defense is filled with above average players but heavy in depth.  CB's S. Griffin 81, T. Waynes 81 and J. Bradberry 79 are a fast group of defenders to match the receiving core strategy.  Playing safety zones are twin rookies FS M. Hooker 80 and SS D. James 82.

13 teams in 13 days: San Francisco 49ers

Coach Nicholas begins his season with a 56 - 24 record for a 70% win percentage in his career. In addition, his 3 titles lead the league as well. QB Russell Wilson 91, known to follow Coach Nicholas wherever he goes, runs and passes behind a very strong offensive line soldiered by C Brandon Linder 89 and LT Taylor Luan 85. HB Tevin Coleman 86 bowls through defenses and when he is taking a breather, HB Chris Thompson 84 takes control. The Amazing WR Antonio Brown 99 pairs with WR AJ Green 93 and dissects defensive back fields like a group of rapture. While the 49ers offense is untouchable, the defense is still under construction. MLB Ryan Shazier 86 captains the defense in mostly Tampa 2 formations where OLB N. Perry 82 protects the outside attacks. The D-Line holds mostly power move players set to push through the line and is led by veteran DE M. Wilkerson 84. SS L. Collins 90 at age 24 is a strong force in the backfield and carries a lot of the weight. Collins is followed by 3 CBs at 80 ratings whose skills are mainly man coverage assignments. BLSN News

Coach Anthony enters 2018 with 68 career wins and 1 championship.  Coach White posts the highest career win percentage in the league at 85.6%.

Powering the Steelers machine this year is the hard to catch QB D. Prescott 82.  Prescott has a veteran core of receivers including WR J. Nelson 87 and  recently infused with the addition of WE T. Benjamin 83. The O-Line for the Steelers is strong but older, as the average age of the line is 32. Running behind that retirement home of a line is the elusive HB L. McCoy 90.

The Steelers sport a 3-4 Defense driven by the strongest pair of MLB in the game, B. Wagner 97 and D. Jones 92.  Anchoring the front line of the Defense is DT K. Clark 89 and DE T. Flowers 87.

13 teams in 13 days: Jacksonville Jaguars

Coach Adrian has taken over the Jacksonville Jaguars and carries a strong first season performance from his partial rookie year before with a 9-1 record and a 1-1 playoff showing.  This year will be his first full year test and over a team fully drafted on his own scheme.

QB D. Watson 82 is the centerpiece to Coach Adrians offensive attack and will partner with HB L. Fournette 91 when attacking the redzone.  The O-Line needs some improvements and based on the veteran statis of most of the line trades and drafted lineman will be necessary for 2019.  The prized WR T. Hill 89 will lead his receivers for deep threat plays with veteran TE V. Davis receiving on short dumps and probably clutch plays.

The Jags defense is a strong one, featuring a balanced D-Line with plenty of depth.  DT G. Atkins 92 and DT K. Williams 82 will center the line and have the edges covered by DEs A. Clayborn 84 and W. Henry 79.  Behind the line will showcase MLB C.J. Mosley and OLB D. Davis sharing time with a few younger players trying to break through.

The backfield is very young and has some growing to do, but veteran CB D. Rogers-Cromartie 85 feels he is ready to teach.  FS T. Gipson Sr. and SS K. Chancellor will prowl the deepest zones and punish runners that get loose.

13 teams in 13 days: Houston Texans

Rookie Coach Jake, just signed as the Texans new coach and got off to a quick 1-0. To start his career.  Coach Jake has expressed a desire for a high power offense based on team moves.

Leading Coach Jake's offense  Is HB  M. Lynch 85 at age 32 and still powering through D-Lines. The O-Line creating his run lanes will led by LT J. Peters 91.  The O-Line outside of Peters has shown some weak spots and could be an issue for Coach Jake moving forward.

QB C. Keenum 81 holds a lot of weight on his shoulders this year as his new receiving core will be tasked to make quick passes and catches. Both WR R. Cobb 83 and WR E. Decker 81 have said they are ready to help the young QB.

Defensively the Texans have some exposure and Coach Jake has been on the trade wires to find resolution.  The strongest part of the defense is by far the backfield led by CB J. Ramsey 97 and CB P. Peterson 91. To compliment them both the veteran safeties FS G. Quin 87 and SS B. Carroll 83 are waiting close behind.

DE C. Long 81 and DE M. Ingram 90 take care of the D-line as C. Long was just added in week 2 in trades.  By far the most obvious glaring spot for Coach Jake to repair will be the LB situation as no player is above a 70 in overall ratings.

Coach Jake is currently battling Coach Keith for rookie coach of the year.

13 teams in 13 days: Baltimore Ravens

Coach Michael begins his 4th full season as the Baltimore Ravens newest head coach. Coach Michael has a career win percentage over his first 3 seasons of 59%.  He is known for a balanced attack and even tempered coaching style. Players often comment about a fun atmosphere around the locker room.

The newly acquired HB L. Bell 96, from a blockbuster trade with Texans, will charge up the running yards against competing teams the year and the next 4 years to come. If that doesn't get your attention the scrambling QB C. Newton might when he exits the pocket.

LT J. Staley 90 will captain the O-Line the year and is tasked with helping groom the rest of the line as work will be needed coming into 2018 season.  It is believed the Ravens will move in some draft picks for the O-Line next year as well.

TE T. Kelce 95 is by far the sneakier offensive piece for opposing teams to keep in mind while they are chasing WRs T.Y. Hilton 88, J.Kearse 83, N. Agholor 85, and rookie star C. Ridley 77.  This offense will be playing deep into the backfield and an issue for CBs for sure.

No one can doubt that the Ravens offense may be one of the best in the league, but defense is in need of some additions as the team approaches the trade deadline. The D-Line is full of youth and it's most veteran player is DT D. Poe 83.  Behind the young line is a mixed group of LBs led by A. Hitchens 83.

The backfield is protected by two strong safeties in FS L. Joyner 90 and J. Tartt 84 designed to kill in zone coverages.  Complimenting those two is a young core of CBs with the strongest being CB M. Humphrey 82 at 22 years old.

13 teams in 13 days: NE Patriots

The Patriots come into 2018 with one of two rookie coaches, Coach Keith.  Coach Keith has been a die hard Patriots fan and has worked hard to reach this point in his football career.

The Patriots will possess one of the leagues best C T. Frederick 95 but the rest of the O-Line has significant growing to do as they are all below league average in age and current ability.  The Pat's have said they plan to improve this in the offseason to gather more protection for QB M. Trubisky 76.  Trubisky is a quick development player and should improve in time, but in the meantime it is widely believed the Pat's will elect to run more with RB D. Johnson Jr. 84 to compensate. The Pat's also field a young core of WR and TE.

The Pat's D-Line is another story, the 3-4 attacking front house 3 mid 80s talented players lead by DT M. Pierce 87.  The midfield is protected by both MLB Z. Brown 88 and OLB V. Burfict 84 stopping runners and short passes all day.

The Pat's backfield houses one of the leagues best CB in C. Hayward Jr 92 known for his 97 awareness and press man coverage abilities.  Veteran SS Vendejo 84 has been mentoring the other safeties all preseason and is expected to stay an example for the team the next two years as the young players continue to grow.

13 teams in 13 days: Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills hired Veteran Coach Russo this year.  Coach Russo has 2 Championships and the 2nd highest win percent of all coaches (that have played a full season) with a 77.3% win percentage.  One more win and Coach Russo will have his 50th career win as well.

The Bills offensive line is a talented group mixed with youth and veterans and boasts mid 80's talent for all 5 starters. Coach Russo is known for building a strong Power Run team and should continue that dominate strategy. Running for the Bills will be T. Cohen 83 and A. Ekeler 81, a pair of 23 year old prospects running behind a strong O-Line.

Matt Ryan will be the Field General for 2018 and is passing to a tall group of receivers headed by T. Ginn Jr and B. Marshall.

While the offense is nothing to sneeze at, the Defense constructed by the Bills deserves RESPECT. Captain L. Kuechly 99 will head a 3-4 multiple defense with two strong OLB's, Hightower 86 and Whitehead 83. The D-Line will attack QB's with G. McCoy 91 down the middle and DE's Tuitt 86 and Hankins 84 from the edges.

The backfield hold 3 80+ CB's lead by M.Peters 87, all of which under 27 creating backfield success for the next 5 years we believe.  T. Boston 86 and R. Jones 91 will cover the deep field with a mix and youth and veteran presence as well.
