Good morning XCFL. Today is the birth of a new quarterly segment of mine (DOSSOME) called Haynesworth and friends. If you dont know much about football outside of your own favorite team I'll explain the reference to you dum dums.
In 2009 all pro defensive tackle Albert George Haynesworth lll signed a contract with the Redskins for 7yrs $100 million. $41 million was guaranteed!!!!! So what u ask? Haynesworth played TWO SEASONS for the Skins and only managed to play 20 games. He logged 42 tackles and 6.5 SACKS!! That's like paying for a 16oz stake and receiving a bowl of kale! With no dressing might I add.
So where am I going with this? In this segment I'm going to poke fun at some XCFL owners who are being finger fucked by some guys on their roster and arent even aware theres a finger in em. We'll take a look at the contract and the stats of that player. If the player is making bank but barely doing anything on the field, you may find yourself on this list. So without further ado
#1 QB JAMEIS WINSTON
Total salary- $29.6 M
2019 salary- $20.9
This "star" QB has his team sitting at 1-2. Hes only thrown for 585yds, with 3 TDs to 8 INTs. Thats a lot of clams, or should I say "crab legs" being shelled out for such a mediocre stat line. Hire an accountant Tampa.
#2 QB ANDY DALTON
Total salary- $83.9.M
2019 salary- $16.2M
2020 salary- $17.7M
This guy has his team sitting at 1-2 also. They're 3rd worst in points scored (54) meanwhile Andy is making $16 million this season and $17 million next season. Hey Cincinnati you may want to check your holes cause there seems to be a "red rocket" in one of your holes.
#3 RB LESEAN MCCOY
Total salary- $25.76 M
2019 salary- $9.05M
Ask yourself, as frail and out of shape you are in your adult life now would you accept $9 million to attempt ONE NFL rush? Keep in mind you may end up with a ruptured spleen, broken leg or more welcoming of the 3 a concussion. Well that's exactly what shady has done. 1 rush att for 6yds. That's $1.5 million a yard!!! Buffalo I think someone's pulling the "shady" over your eyes.

Good morning XCFL. My name is J.T. "the brick" and I am the inside reporter for the XCFL Raiders. This is my Raiders news segment "Behind the Shield" where I report news, rumors, fan questions & concerns with the team ect.
Well it's a new cycle and we have the same coach from 4 cycles ago (2016) so I figured with some of the turnover of coaches in the XCFL I'd go over how Head Coach (HC) Doss came to be our Raiders coach.
Back in November 2016 HC Doss went from superfan to coaching his favorite team. Team owner Mark Davis was fed up with Jack Del Rio and his lack of creativity. It was then that Davis did something insanely idiotic. He put out a Public Service Announcement to anyone with football experience to interview for the HC job. Jack Del Rio (coach at the time) hadn't even been fired yet, it was week 16 when this all took place. Doss thought why not, and booked a flight to Alameda California (Raiders Facility).
After a 5 hour interview with Davis, Doss was the top candidate for the job. This was NOT because of any type of coaching experience! This was due to PASSION alone. The guy is from Ohio but has always been a die hard Raider fan. He's suffered though countless 2 to 4 win seasons after the Raiders Super Bowl appearance back in 2002. Hes seen coaches come in and try to ram a square peg in a round hole instead of building a scheme around what the guys on the roster do well. With all this being said Jack was informed during the 4th QTR of the week 16 game that he would be jobless when the clock hit 00:00.
Doss got this dream job of a lifetime off of a love for football, a love for the Raiders history, and a desire to see his beloved team thrive again instead of being the laughingstock of the league.
