We are a league that's been around since Madden 10 but this year were making a $ franchise. $20 buy in. Super bowl winner gets $200, super bowl loser $100, $20 if you make the playoffs, and then $20 more for each round you advance in playoffs, and there's prize money for the MVP, OROY, DROY, OPOY, and DPOY.
Also there is a trade limit per year, first year so every team has the best chance to be competitive and in your image you get 5. Each following year you get 3.
