New members take on the AML

Welcome back to AML Live, next we have a special guest, he is new to the AML but making waves straight away. Welcome KINGROOKUS3000!
 
Trey: Tell me about yourself first, how old are you, where do you live and what nationality?
KINGROOKUS3000: _Im just a half cast M?ori boy from Puk?kohe. I am 24 years old and currently studying, Just over a year left before I complete my bachelors degree in Public Health. Avid gamer and big NFL fan._
 
Trey: Describe to me your first memory of Madden?
KINGROOKUS3000: _First memory would have to be when the PS2 was just released. My uncle brought one home along with Madden 2001 with Eddie George on the cover. Had no idea what gridiron was. Just picked up the controller and I was hooked._
 
Trey: What is it about Madden that you enjoy the most?
KINGROOKUS3000: _There is nothing like lurking your opponent and taking it back for six, or taking it to the house on a big 50+ yard play. Things like these create rivalry and places more emphasis on winning the games_
 
Trey: How did you find the AML and what are you liking so far?
KINGROOKUS3000: _A few of the boys played in AML and were constantly talking to about it. Shout out to KJAX, Simba dubs, Corza beefs, and the one and only tongan superstar of the lurkforce Loumoli. Then after playing the current commish in a playoff game he offered me an opportunity to join the league. So I figured yoseh I'm in there. Really enjoying the league, Fierce competition but, I wouldn't have it any other way._
 
Trey: Tell the audience your goals in the AML?
KINGROOKUS3000: _The first goal is to make playoffs, then from there try and get my name in the rafters on one of those banners. However, Im just taking it one game at a time._
 
Trey: You adopted a team with some firepower, how does the Chiefs fit with your scheme and what do you hope to improve in the future?
KINGROOKUS3000: _Having such a young quick offence is great, However the temptation of going deep to Tyreek Hill every play is definitely present. Not accustom to having so much pace on the field but, I am sure with time I will figure out how to get the offensive side of the ball running efficiently. The current goal is just to sure up my offensive front and keep on developing my young weapons._
 
Trey: Your team happens to be in the same division as the 6 time SB winner ILLDOMINATEALL in the Raiders, how do you project your future success with such an obstacle?
KINGROOKUS3000: _Having the G.O.A.T himself in the division definitely influenced the decision of selecting the Chiefs. I figured playing him twice a season has to improve my skill level. If I ever want to make playoff he is the biggest obstacle in my way. It is going to take time and is a huge task but, a challenge that I will not shy away from even if it takes me a long time to complete._
 
Trey: Finally, if you could improve the league in any way what would it be?
KINGROOKUS3000: _The league is already great as it is. The implementation of the rewards for being active on twitter is great. A huge incentive for the players to become involved in the twitter game. Seeing all the highlights is sick as well. Although I believe that Corza_Beefs can sharpen the league up, He has my vote for the next upcoming Admin:fist:_

Welcome to Vol 3 Issue 2 of the AMLmagazine. This issue Trey Wingo sits down and gets to know the GM of the NY Jets, Corza_beefs. Trey: Welcome back to AML Live, next we have a special guest, he is the Admiral of the AFC East, the Freak of Fortnite, please welcome, Corza_beefs! Trey: Tell me about yourself first, how old are you, where do you live and what nationality? Corza_Beefs: Just a simple tradie who loves football. I’m 22 years old and am from Pukekohe and I am also Maori/Samoan. Trey: Describe to me your first memory of Madden? Corza_Beefs: One of my first memories from madden(18) was playing tournaments at home on the split screen and getting smoked every game. Trey: What is it about Madden that you enjoy the most? Corza_Beefs: One of the things I enjoy the most about madden is the rivalry you can have when you play people all the trash talk and how hyped you get when a play pulls off or you get that lurk. Trey: How did you find the AML and what made you stay? Corza_Beefs: AML when I first joined was a good way to get me hooked on madden and it is also a good way to help you develop as a player. I stayed on with AML because everyone is a good user and it’s always a challenge playing the games. Trey: Tell the audience your biggest achievement so far in Madden and as well as AML? Corza_Beefs: My biggest achievement for both madden and AML came in madden 18 when I had the most force fumbles in a season from my rookie MLB Trey: Madden tends to create rivalries, who do you feel is your biggest rival in Madden 19? Corza_Beefs: My biggest rival will have to be simbadublin nothing better then sibling rivalry Trey: You decided to go with the NY Jets in Madden 19, tell us the reasons behind that choice? Corza_Beefs: I decided to go with the Jets this year because I saw that they have a lot of potential as a long term team with young players and also some core experienced players that could be turned into a dominant team. Trey: Finally, if you could give advice to new AML owners what would it be? Corza_Beefs: Some advice for the new owners would just to keep grinding away get in practice games and keep working on developing your players and team Corza_beefs thank you and good luck in AML16

AML LIVE we have with us today, the King of Smack talk, the Sultan of Te Aroha, the CB coach, Exhorter.  Welcome to AML LIVE, how are you sir?Haha Hey.. I am doing pretty good thanks...

Tell us a about your background, when did you get into Madden and why?

My first Madden was Madden 99.

My cousin showed me NFL when I was about 8 years old. And from then on I just started to like the game more and more. So because I love the real game I play the PlayStation game.

How long have you been in the AML and what made you choose this league?

Umm.. must be close to 2 years of being part of the AML league.. I choose this league because it was the first one I found when looking for a New Zealand CFM league.

What is the best thing about AML and where do you see the league in a few years?

Best thing about this league is the commitment you have to make for Twitter, organising games and skill level... Not going to win much games if you don't practicing in this league.

I see this league in a few year not just being a league but a family of people helping each other and doing events.

What has been the biggest disappointment so far in your AML career?Biggest disappointment would be not having the Vince Lombardi trophy in my hands.

What is your proudest moment in your AML career?

Hmm proudest moment would have to be... Winning a playoff game haha..

So you were the Chiefs in Madden 18, and had some good seasons, why the move to Baltimore?

Yeah... Really enjoyed playing with the Chiefs. Umm the switch is because the Ravens are a defence first team. Which I love, being a CB in real live. The Ravens have a young team with great talent. Behind a good coach I believe they can go far.

What are your goals and expectations in the AML in Madden 19?Expectations in M19 would be going all the way and winning Superbowl in the AML league

Exhorter moves to Baltimore

Exhortor wins first ever playoff game

It took 15 seasons but the Chiefs and its 2 Madden cycle coach Exhortor have finally won their first career playoff win.  It wasnt easy either, as Colts Coach devilsparticus97 had the lead in the 4th quarter, only to go to OT after a Mahomes comeback drive.  How far can the Te Arawa lad head into the playoffs? With both illdominateall and ayjaywebster waiting in the divisional rds, throwing lobs to Hill just wont cut it.  We all will be watching!
