The Bears took care of the eagles in the dicisonal round. The defense showed up strong notching 5 sacks, and multiple take away on the day including 2 Eddie Jackson ints. Offensively Cohen and Ex Eagles practice squad member Mark Walton Jr carried the load on the ground. Mitch Trubisky had a solid day completion and yardage wise, but did have 3 TD's on the day. This win will propell the bears to there first conference championship since 2010, and will be a rematch with a giants squad that beat this Bears team. Coach Patterson had this to say on the Giants. "That's a good team right there, and they've got a great Coach who has put them into position to win games. That being said I believe our team has responded well this year to adversity, and can handle whatever is thrown our way."

One week ago The Bears got smacked at home 31-14, and recived a rude wake up call. A sign was hung in the locker room this week before the start of weekly practice "31-14" One week later in the wild card round the Chicago Bears got they're revenge. After falling behind 10-0 with minutes before half Taylor Gabriel toe tapped a one handed back of the end zone catch that would breath life into the bears. The pack would find the end zone again in the 3rd but 17 would be enough to stop the bears. After a Cohen TD run in the 4th, Kyle fuller intercepted a Aaron Rodgers pass that would basically seal the deal. This week the Bears will face a opponent they narrowly beat in the regular season in the Philidalphia Eagles. Coach Patterson had this to say on this week opponent. "They're a good team and that's why they are here, they played us great and we haven't forgotten that. For now we'll do our film study and get ready for a good Eagles team, and see what happens when it says 00:00 in the fourth"

The Bears Keep on the right track with another win this time over the Chiefs. Offensively while Trubisky went 10-20, but whay he did complete went for 285 and 3 scores. Cohen and Anderson both had 62 and 61 on the ground and TD's respectively, but Anderson was lost for the season with a upper arm fracture.    Defensively it was a continuation of the Khalil Mack/ Akiem Hicks Show. Notching 4 and 2 sacks respectively. Rookie CB Walker Jordan added an INT as well as SS Adrian Amos JR. With the lost yards from sacks and Turnovers Mahomes and the Chiefs offense where constantly backed up, as most teams this season have been vs this ferocious bears D.       With 3 games left in the season and the Bears currently in the driver seat for a first round playoff bye that's still up in the air Coach Patterson had this to say. "At this point it's all about shutting out the noise, and focus on what we as a team are trying to acomplish. These guys have done a great job so far, but we still have work to do, and games to win."

The Chicago Bears had a Busy day on the first day of free agency. Three trades came down. After a up and down year and the emergence of Tarik Cohen in the offense the Bears off loaded Jordan Howard to the Seahawks for a high pick in the 2nd, as well as CB Justin Coleman. Shortly after that a trade was made with the Hated Packers for OLB Nick Perry man fans questioned the move, but after the third trade it made more sense The last deal of the Day saw OLB leonard Floyd move to the titans for a pair of 3rd rounders. When asked about the Deals coach Patterson had this to say. "First off I'd like to thank Jordan, and Leonard for what they have done for this team, both great athletes and competitors. I'd also like to take this time to welcome Nick to Chicago it will be nice to see him on our side of the Ball this year. These moves will allow us to get the Ball in Tarik's hands more this season, and we expect great things out of him. The other trades have bought us Back into the 2019 draft, and I'm very excited to add some more youth, and depth to this roster.
