The St.Louis Rams this week hosted the Arizona Cardinals in a divisonal favorite.  Sam Bradford, yet not looking promising through-out pre-season came through against a High Blitz scheme and fast Pass Rush of the Cardinals. It was in St.Louis where they would take the win, but as good as the win seemed to be; they lost 3 players and all starters in Finnegan, Richardson and Pettis - it makes you wonder, if Week 2 the Falcons can exploit the downsided offense and a weak link in the secondary...This is what Coach Fisher had to say:

Coach Fisher: "The guys played hard week 1. We knew we had to start off in this division with a win. It was almost as if we were playing for playoffs in week 1 and yea, we lost some starters, but this is why it's a 53 man roster and not a 22 man. You know you're going to face some injuries and teams when faced with this kind of thing early, tells other teams in the league how good you actually are. We're going to keep giving 120%, it's not just our job and it's not just for the fans - but this is what we love to do. 4-7 weeks without Cortland, Petts and Daryl is gonna be rough. But, we're hungry and looking forward to the game in Atlanta."
