Where can should I start?

I'm a big fan of CFM so I would like to see more focus into that section. I would like to improvement in the following:

1. Improve the xp system and have the ability to unlock it or have access to it throughout your online or offline franchise.

2. When signing FAs during the season, give the user access to a ratings chart that is similar to what is currently on M16 but include, their development trait along with all their other traits. Its a hassle having to go back and forth when trying to look for that information.

3. Please have a variety of FAs available. A majority of the FAs are old and in their early 30s. No one is going to want to sign and old player with low ratings. Have a mixture of old and new (preferably new). Shoot, even generate a player from time to time to see if a user is able to spot a diamond in the rough. And please, don't generate players that have horrible ratings. Well, its fine if you have them in the draft but if they end up in the FA pool, just get rid of them.

4. Allow users to have their substitutions set and saved. Having to constantly sub players during the game is tough, especially when dealing with an accelerated. I never use the packages that EA provides and I am not a big fan of them.

5. Have more features when creating a player. Have more facial features (beards, stache, different styles of hair). Pretty much allow the user to create a player that is similar or practically dead on to a legend. You have the player and his features on MUT, why not have those features on create a player?
