Man Down

Aftere what appeared to be a promising day on the ground against the undefeated Titans, Brown's RB Nick Chubb substained a horrible injury. Chubb went down after making a short hard run with what's being diagnosed as a torn quadricep. This injury sucks and will keep Chubb out for the next 8 weeks of the season. Hopefully he will heal quickly with the help from the medical staff and some experimental medicine. 8 weeks a long way out but hopefully Chubb can retrun before then. As for now veteran running back Lamar Miller will be picking up the slack at that position.

Offensive Changes

After a slow offensive start this season, the Browns have fired their offensive coordinator Jason Garrett and have replaced him with Fred Kreuger. Krueger was a former associate of the current coaching staff. Krueger helped lead the madden 19 Rams deep into the playoffs several times as he looks implement the success he previously had. Hopefully with a new coordinator and scheme the offense will pick up its production and better utilize their young talent. Only time will tell this season.

Terrible start

Brown's open the season on a terrible note, after the team made some pre game adjustments to the lineup and playbook things just didnt translate on the field. Poor tackling, execution or plays, play calling (atrocious), no commitment to the run game, JUST TERRIBLE ALL AROUND. After being embarrassed at home the Browns have a lot of work ahead of them especially after not addressing the glaring holes in the offensive line. As a fan and reporter i feel sorry for Baker as he's about to run for his life every game this season. Hopefully things get turned around quickly.

MInshew Leads The Crew

The Jacksonville Jaguars made their very 1st Superbowl appearance after being led by rookie sensation Gardner Minshew. Many questions were swirling around the rookie as people wondered if he could lead this team that has been surrounded by turmoil since losing to the Patriots in the AFC Championship game 2 years prior. Since then the team has parted ways with 2 former first round picks Qb Blake Bortles & stand-out Cb Jaylen Ramsey. Since then Ramsey still has not been replaced, but a short term solution at qb was sought out with the acquisition of Qb Nick Foles and the drafting of qb Gardner Minshew. After a successful pre-season the Jags decided to roll with Minshew at the helm an the move paid dividends, as the rookie qb led the team to a 15-1 record and the organizations very 1st superbowl win. Minshew mania ran wild in Coast2Coast while throwing for 55 tds and only a whopping 8 INTS on the season....Geez this guy was the shit. Minshew finished the season with a 142.3% passer rating, which lead the league among top qb's. (Where the hell did this guy come from?)  None the less the Jags as the overall favorites to win it all and they did not disappoint. After a back and forth battle with the red hot Eagles the Jags were able to secure a 7 point victory and take home the Lombardi Trophy and bring great joy to all the jort wearing fans in the great state of Florida. Congrats on the victory Jacksonville, you guys have definitely earned it. Hope you're ready for that huge target on your back next season as you try to repeat.

Hunt Out

Kareem Hunt has been traded to the Arizona Cardinals for WR Christian Kirk & a 3rd round draft pick. Hunt was never in the teams future plans and with Becham Jr. out for an extended amount of time due to an injury, management saw an opportunity to acquire a young wr and draft capital for the unused back. We wish Mr. Hunt the best on his future with the Cardinals.

Rumors Confirmed

The Rumors behind the Browns poor performance in the playoffs have been confirmed, team captains Odell Becham Jr. , Nick Chubb, & Myles Garrett were all seen with other players at a local brothel until 4am. Chubb was the last person seen leaving the brothel at 11am which would defeintely explain his lack luster performance, as he performed longer off the field than on. Management is well aware of the situation and will be handing out steep fines to everyone involved.

Rams Drop The Ball Week 1

In a stunning Week 1 loss, the Rams completely dropped the ball against the lowly Texans. Instead of closing the game out Qb Jared Goff made a critical mistake when he inadvertently threw a pick 6 to the Texans. This play proved to be pivotal turning point in the game as all momentum swung the Texans way the rest f the game. The offense quickly became stagnant and starte going after big plays every snap which ultimately lead to more picks thrown by Goff. With the offense self imploding, it was uickly the defense turn as they started giving up big plays downfeild and missing a lot of tackles. After the game team captain Aaron Donald said " as a team we dropped the ball on potential great week 1 win. There is no excuse for the loss and how we played the 2nd half of that game, but  I promise you that performance will not be repeated again." The team stood behind Donald after that bold statement and reassured the media that are going to make good on that promise.

Quiet Off-season

After an early exist from the playoffs thanks to the Dallas Cowgirls, the Rams had a realatively quiet off-season. The team allowed DT Ndamuong Suh to walk into fa after deciding not to offer him another large 1 yr contract. After evaluating the talent currently on the roster this prompted the move to be made without hesitation. The rams approach during free agency was also low-key as the team only added a few backup pieces after making few trades to secure the services of running backs Kerryon Johnson & Bo Scarbrough, to help solidify the backfield. Rams president also had no interest in drafting this year as they attempted to trade away all of their remaining picks for a "right now player" or future picks. Coach Mcvay was quoted saying " this team is ready and built for another deep playoff run and there was no need or major changes this year, but looki for us to be more active at the end of this season.

Rams Off To Hot Start

The L.A. Rams are off to a hot start and it has not been a easy road so far. After facing stiff competition from NY Giants and New England Patriots, the Rams sit at 5-0 with a game against division rival 49ers looming next week. Coach Mcvay stated that "we have been balanced in our attacks in all of our games this year and plan on rmaining that way all season. This method gives us the best winning formula for us to succeed. During this hot streak the Rams defense has been showing up making big plays every game; and the speedy route runner Brandon Cooks has been magnificent for the Rams. So far Cooks has 376 yards receiving on 16 catches with 2 tds, while QB Jared Goff has been off to a hot start as well throwing for 932 yards at a 70.4 completion rate. These numbers are reflective of the new game plan implemented by the head coach and oc, and how well the team has bought into the new system. We're looking to keep this hot streak going into the bye as we now prepare for the SanFran 49ers.

Rams Reloaded

The L.A. Rams are poised to make a strong run this season. We went into the offseason knowing it was time to start thinking of the future. Free agency provided a great starting point as we were able to acquire the services of LOLB Vic Beasely, FB Patrick Ricard, MLB Morgan Rich and a few others via trade. We also had a good draft which led to us finding a great young safety Darius Owens who could possibly became a starter by next sesaon. All we can say at this point is that we are ready and will prepare for every team on our schedule. During the shuffle the Rams did lose the services of veteran WR Robert Woods who was traded to acquire picks in the draft. We would like to wis robert the best as he hep us in many games and played like the true star that he is.

Fresh Start

After finishing the season 11-5 and not making the playoffs, the Rams organization was very upset and determined to make sure that they got back to the playoffs. Management's approach this offseason was simple, get younger and better, while clearing expensive contracts. Reporters were able to speak to a few players about what a going on in L.A.. Gurley "yeah we're upset we didnt make the playoffs, offensively we became predictable and unbalanced and teams were able to stop us. We also turned the ball over more than usual and just couldn't get it together down the stretch. But as we enter the new season we're going back to a more balanced attack on offense and a ferocious defensive gameplan." The fans of L.A. are ready to see their FAVORITE TEAM get back to the superbowl and win 1 for the city.

Rams On The Rise

After falling short in the Superbowl to the New England Patriots by 3 points, the L. A. Rams look to repeat the previous season. Rams management went into the offseason only looking to improve in a few areas and my moves that indicated such. With plans to make a splash in the 2020 draft, things quickly changed. After being contacted by several teams about picks and players, mngt decided to draft a few positions this year with hope's of starting the rebuild process early. One thing is for certain in L. A. Is that this organization has gotten used to winning and expect nothing less than a championship each season.
