Welcome Jets Fans to another Flight Plan Blog!
Hello @RML_Jets Fans! Dan Greco here at the Atlantic Health Training Center. Where today new RML JETS team owner Al Ferreira Sr. laid out his plan for this upcoming off-season on into next season. He was sharp on time at 11am EST. via zoom from his new home in Montana. He stated off by thanking everyone for attending in person as he apologized for not being able to make it in person. As some of you know Ferreira Sr has in the past managed multiple teams across multiple sports franchises. Hence the name he dubbed for his business ventures some years ago “Franchis3” or known as the F3 Brand. Handling everything from the top to the bottom of running an organization. Getting his work ethic from the family side of things and the business that launched the family from their immagration days. The Ferreira Construction Co. Any way enough blabbering like Sr was doing and back to the important stuff. Currently Ferreira Sr. resides in Montana. Reason being he is in his 8th season as the Owner/GM/Coach (maybe not now) of the APEX 49ers.
So back to his meeting he mentioned that no one else will be removed from the payroll. “Since I’m involved with 2 great leagues & 2 great organizations I can not be in two different locations at times. Just like today. So I will remain on as the APEX 49ers head coach. Today I spoke to Robert Saleh, Mike LaFleur & Jeff Ulbrich about my plans for the sidelines. All three were happy with what I had to say & the plan that I presented to them for moving forward. Saleh will assume the role of Head Coach, LaFleur will remain as the Offensive Cord. & Jeff will stay on as the Defensive Cord. I will have as much influence on the sidelines on Sundays as if I was there or not. In today's world technology is a great thing. Just look at what we are doing here today & have been for the past year!”
Summing up what Ferreira Sr. had done here today was assure everyone in this building & that have anything to do with the Jets is that they have a job & to continue to grow this new franchise forward to better things. Interesting Sr. mentioned he’ll stay on as head coach in APEX. Something tells me that will change before the new season begins there.
Well Jets Fans that's all I got for you this time!

IN A N.Y. MINUTE...
Hello Jets Fans,
I'm back! It's your boy DG baby Dan Greco. That's right? If I'm back then you know who's back too!?¿ Damn right it's the Franchis3 aka Al Ferreira Sr. Jets finished at 6-10 this past season. Front office decided it's time for a change. They hired Al Ferreira Sr. former XCFL alumni. Sr comes into "The Rebuild" with plenty of Madden CFM experience behind him, however winning hasn't been much a part of that experience. I'm sure he'll hate me for saying that, but who gives a f@*k at this point... right? LoL
Back to business with all this J&J bulls#!t with covid-19 shots. The Johnson's brother's had to sell the team. So not only did Ferreira put up the money to buy his childhood team, but he kept everyone except one guy. Sorry I have to laugh a second here because I know Al and I know how he has felt about his beloved Jets since Mr. Hess sold them. growing up in Woodbridge, NJ the home of HESS Oil & the great HESS trucks we all know as a kid. LoL. He fired Adam Gase. Out of everything the Johnson's are out because they sold. I mean he kept EVERYONE except Gase.
He has waited a long time to get his shot. So with everyone in place Ferreira Sr. is the sole owner. He kept management fired Gase, so who is he putting down on the field as head coach? Himself Yeah that's right Himself. Must be nice to be rich and buy your childhood team and then put yourself as a coach. All I can say is I'm glad I'm always along for the ride.
Sr. said to me after he broke the news to me. " Dan I finally did it. I know we have a history together. Let's do this one more time buddy for old time sake." I know what that meant. Here we are b!tches! LoL
First order of business will be keeping or replacing the coaches next, then looking at the roster for resigns, cuts & trades before the draft. Try to scout a lil bit. Ferreira Sr plans to hold a full organization meeting in Florham Park, NJ at the practice facilities & headquarters. Sr. is not expected in attendance, but will be on zoom via feed from his new home in Montana. Yeah Montana. That's a whole other story for another day.
Well Jets Fans it can only go up from here.... I hope. Jk stay tuned Fans it's just the beginning of a new adventure!
That's all I got for now I'm Dan Greco report all things Jets in the "The Rebuild"

JETS NAME THEIR CAPTAINS
Following a player vote, the Jets have elected six team captains for the 2019 season — S Jamal Adams, LT Kelvin Beachum, QB Sam Darnold, DT Steve McLendon, S Rontez Miles and LB C.J. Mosley.
“It's interesting to kind of go through that whole voting process,” head coach Adam Gase told reporters before Wednesday’s practice. “Those guys were clear-cut guys that were at the top. It shows the leadership strength that we have in this locker room.”
McLendon and Adams return as the Green & White defensive captains along with Mosley, who is in his first year with the team.
“Jamal always brings the energy, he’s always going to have his guys right in the back end,” OLB Jordan Jenkins said. “Up front, honestly, Steve is the embodiment of what the defense is. We’re all aggressive, we bring a lunch pail mentality. He’s not just a leader in the D-line room but the defense overall. Everyone looks up to him and C.J. as well. C.J. is more a lead-by-example type of guy, but when he speaks up, it’s time to dial the hell in and listen up.”
Miles, the Jets’ special-teams leader, received high praise from Gase, who said the five-year veteran does everything right and loves the pride he takes in teams.
“I think the thing that I've been most impressed with him is when we first got here, one of the conversations that not only myself, but the defensive coaches and Brant (Boyer) had, we wanted him to put himself in a position to be a guy on defense we can count on as well, and I think he's done that,” Gase said. “He did a great job of working his way into that starter spot when Marcus (Maye) was down. There's a lot of confidence in him if he had to go into a game as far as being able to function at the safety role. So, I think he's really put a lot of work in to be a better player in that area."
Darnold, who is entering his second pro season, and Beachum, an eight-year veteran in his third year with the team, are first-time Jets captains.

Welcome Destiny Jets Fans to another Flight Plan Blog! In today's blog we will discuss
Hello Destiny Jets Fans welcome to another Flight Plan Blog! We are excited to announce the staff that will be in place for the next season here for the Destiny Jets. Al Ferreira Sr has allowed us to break the news first! So let's get right to it! First off we all know that Ferreir Sr is the Team Owner & President.
College: Rutgers
Hometown: Woodbridge, NJ
Al Ferreira Sr., an owner of the New York Jets since the franchise’s purchase in 2000, begins his first season as the team’s Chairman and CEO. Ferreira, a fourth-generation member of the founding family of Ferreira Construction, assumes the role from his father, Albano Joseph Ferreira, following Albano’s retirement.
College: Richmond
Hometown: Mechanicsville, VA
Joe Douglas was named general manager of the New York Jets by Al Ferreira Sr. on July 25th 2019. In introducing him, Ferreira stated that Douglas is, “The right person, at the right time,” for the franchise, someone who shared Ferreira’s vision not just for the team, but the entire organization.
College: Michigan State
Hometown: Ypsilanti, MI
Experience: 17 years
Adam Gase was named the head coach of the New York Jets by Owner & President Al Ferreira Sr. on July 25th 2019. For Gase, he becomes the 17th full-time coach in franchise history.
College: Arkansas
Hometown: Newport, AR
Experience: 15 years
Dowell Loggains begins his first season with the New York Jets after joining Adam Gase’s staff as the team’s offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach on July 26th 2019. Loggains is in his 14th season coaching in the NFL and has served as either quarterbacks coach or offensive coordinator since 2010.
College: Truman State
Hometown: Excelsior Springs, MO
Experience: 29 years
Gregg Williams begins his first season with the New York Jets after joining Adam Gase’s staff as the team’s defensive coordinator on July 26th 2019. An NFL coach for 28 seasons, Williams has served as a head coach for three years and a defensive coordinator for 17.
College: Arizona
Hometown: Henefer, UT
Experience: 8 years
Brant Boyer returns for his fourth season as the New York Jets special teams coordinator. In his three seasons with the team, he has transformed a unit that in 2015 ranked in the bottom 10 in special teams rankings according to FootballOutsiders.com (25th), which compiles the numbers in five key elements of special teams, and Rick Gosselin (31st), an annual compiler of special teams rankings for the last 39 years, to the number one unit in the league in 2018 according to both.
So Ferreira Sr. all along had this plan to keep the team as such. When we all thought for sure he would blow it all up and bring in this guy from here, that guy from there and all this stuff, but nope. Woody goes to be an ambassador in UK and Christopher takes on the role at Johnson & Johnson. The Ferreira Family Franchise (F3) steps in and takes over. The Johnson family still have shares, but not in total control of the operations. This was confirmed from team sources.
Now onto the team news. The Jets are 13th in cap space to begin the new year. That could be as high as 6th or 7th come the start of the 2019 season. Offensive SPD 26th, Defensive SPD 17th, Team SPD 23rd. Coverage AVG 16th, Zone AVG 14th, Man AVG 17th. Offensive Line ranked 28th & Pass Rush ranked 24th. Ferreira Sr. and his staff have a lot work to do. From what we know as of the day Ferreira Sr. took over each staff member's deal was structured to a 4 year deal from now. “We know this won't just change overnight. It’s going to take hard work on everyone's part to get this done. From my chair to the staff & players. Everyone in this building.” Ferreira Sr. comments following the team selection video the league put out last Wednesday. So only 3 days in and Ferreira Sr. made quick work of this. Now keep in mind Sr has been on the Jets board since 2000. So it’s not like he is a noob around here. Not mention new stadium / construction company. Business as usual.
Well that's all we have for this time, until next time Destiny Jets fans!

The Jets biggest move came right before the draft. They traded their 11th overall pick to the Saints for HB Alvin Kamara. HB position was definitely a need. So is the offensive line. The Jets picked up 12 OL within free agency & draft. As it looks on paper, Yes they filled needs, but will it be enough to get the job done. One other trade note for the Jets. They had attempted to make a trade with the Cowboys that would of sent Jamal Adams in return for WR Gallop, CB Brown & FS Woods. That deal was rejected. To say the least we have yet to see Jamal Adams for questions on the deal. Moving on we talk about the Jets upcoming schedule.
Can the Jets improve on their 6-10 record from last season? Will they find pay dirt with Kamara? Only time will tell. Al Ferreira Sr seems to be in a win now type mode this offseason. I mean to be honest he kind of had to be on such short notice. One thing is he is a great GM, but his last time coaching was like 4 cycles ago...yikes! However that team he brings with him is top notch. I talking about his PR team they are all over everything. One quick note is this run is without his long time right hand man Daniel Greco. Greco is now an analyst for the Destiny League. Greco has said in the past that he’ll follow Ferreira wherever he goes. Now mind you I bring this up because Sr was already here. He is a founding member of OMML now known as Destiny. It's when Sr left that Greco said this is a bad move. I’ll go, but I will never work under the front office for you. I’ll cover the league in which you are in. Thats was deal Ferreira Sr made with Greco & the devil. Now Sr. is back & it seems he has a different look in his eyes this time, not sure what it might, but I’m sure someone pissed him off to the core for him to be this way. I mean he buys in with the Jets. 9 times of 10 his next move was staff. This time NO staff. He is the GM & head coach, but he has been Owner/GM before but always had Greco and coaching staff. Now it's Owner, GM & HC, with the current staff in place before Bowles/Gase. Who knows but one things for sure I can t wait to see this take flight, no pun! That's all we got for ya this time on the Flight Plan tune in throughout the season for more from the Flight Plan blog for the Destiny Jets.

The Destiny Jets have been sold to new/old owner Al Ferreira Sr. Ferreira plans to Own, GM & Coach the Jets in their last season of the cycle. "I will re-evaluate the the front office, staff & team at the end of this season. I have a late start, but feel confident we can remain here in New York for next cycle!" Ferreira Sr. and his team have been there & done this before. We can't wait to see what comes of it now that his is back.
Tonight the Destiny Madden League has their draft night. Ferreira has to make a very quick assessment of this team & hope to try and find that diamond in the rough kid for this season. We know the Jets need some help to get to a level to compete. Coming off a 6-10 season they need to turn that page and make the playoffs this year. Tough work for Ferreira Sr.
The Jets finish up the 2019 season almost last in all categories on offense. Defensively the Jets are stronger as they find their defense ranked in the middle of the pack. Let's take a look at the Jets Top Players heading into the 2020 season.
Jamal “President” Adams
Leonard Williams
Quinnen Williams
Avery Williamson
Robby Anderson
Here is the key for the Jets it's to win the division. 3-3 is not bad, but when the Patriots are 5-1 and go 11-5 it’s not easy. As mentioned before it will be tough work, but it is possible. Keep in mind Ferreira Sr has never EVER made the playoffs!

Hello OMML Browns fans & welcome to the “Dawg Pound” a blog for all your Browns CFM needs! News, Reports, Transactions, Videos you name it we do it DAWG POUND style. Let’s get right to it fans this weeks focus will be the first few weeks of the Browns season.
WEEK 6- Chargers vs Browns L 10-7
The Browns could not get things going until late in the game. Mayfield 16-29, 192 yds, 1 td, 4 int. Not a good day of football for the young QB. Washington carried the load again for the Browns with 15 rushes, 66 yds, 0 td. WR Perriman had 2 catches for 39 yards, 1 td.Browns lose this one 10-7. Browns (3-3)
WEEK 7- Browns vs Buccaneers L 9-14
Browns lose another game this season due to a late start. Mayfield had a good day on paper, just not on the field. He was 18-33, 254 yds, 0 td, 3 int. So thats 7 interceptions in two games. That's not good at all. However in his defense when your offense is down 2 of 3 running backs. It can be hard to establish the offense we have seen the Browns run this season. Washington who has shown signs of greatness has been the primary back for the Browns. He only had 10 carries for 24 yards. WR Callaway grabbed 6 balls for 113 yards. Browns (3-4)
WEEK 8- Browns vs Steelers L 10-24
Browns lose another game, but this one was against a division rival. The Browns traveled to Pittsburgh to face the Steelers. Browns also reached a deal with MIA to bring in OL Ja’Wuan James(RG), but was not the starter in this one. He should make a difference up front for the Browns & their running attack. Mayfield was again awful in this one. 7-22, 98 yds, 0 td, 3 int. Now up to 10 ints in the last 3 games. Something needs to change & quickly! Washington carried the load here with 15 carries for 100 yards, 1 td. TE Njoku 4 rec, 59 yds, 0 td. Browns (3-5)
WEEK 9- Chiefs vs Browns
Browns lose another one at home to the Chiefs. Mayfield continues to throw interception on a regular basis. He was 15-22, 228 yds, 1 td, 3 int. D. Johnson with 12 rushes, 60 yards, 0 td. WRE Callaway 5 catches, 114 yards, 0 td. BROWNS (3-6)
WEEK 10- Falcons vs Browns L 35-23
Browns hosted the Falcons in this one. Another loss for the Browns here in Cleveland. This team has lost all hope IMO. As Mayfield continues to throw the ball away. 9-21, 167 yds, 1 td, 4 int. Mayfield now has a league leading 21 interceptions on the year. Johnson 15 rushes, 53 yards 0 td, Perriman 4 catches, 107 yards, 1 td. Browns(3-7)
Browns have a much needed bye week in week 11. Hopefully the team & the staff can regroup & rally this team to some more wins before the season is out. Somehow the Browns still have a shot to make the playoffs, but it will take a lot to get that done. They sit #10 in the hunt and 4th on the bubble list at 3-7. What's keeping them alive is their 2-1 division record! Time will tell fans!

WEEK 1- Steelers vs Browns W 38-0
The Browns played lights out at home vs a tough division rival in the Steelers. Mayfield 10-11, 171 yds, 3 td, 0 int Big day for the QB. Chubb goes down early with a dislocated elbow. Next man up D. Johnson Jr. 21 carries, 78 yds, 2 td. Landry grabs 3 balls, 78 yds, 2 td. Big day for the Browns offense in the home opener. Defensively the Browns stand out was Schobert 1 tak, 1 sck, int
WEEK 2- Browns vs Saints L 31-0
Wow what a complete turn around for the Browns. Ummm YEAH not much to talk about here folks. Mayfield 6-13, 83 yds, 0 td, 2 int. Johnson 11 carries, 55 yds, 0 td. Callaway catches 3 balls, 39 yds, 0 td. Not much going on for the Browns offense on the road in New Orleans. Must mention here that Bress goes a perfect 10-10, 165 yds, 2 td, 0 int. Kamara & Ginn Jr both get 40 yards each and all 3 TDs for the Saints offense. Browns (1-1)
WEEK 3- Jets vs Browns L 14-9
Browns lose their 2nd game in a row. First loss at home. Baker Mayfield 15-27, 236 yds, 0 td 1 int. Another injury & another HB for the Browns. D. Johnson Jr. goes down vs the Jets with a forearm fracture. So again next man up Hilliard 8 carries, 38 yds. Landry 5 catches, 90 yds. Browns offensive got hot too late in this one. Browns (1-2)
WEEK 4- Browns vs Raiders W 16-7
BIG win for the Browns this week vs the Raiders. Also a BIG week for Browns QB Baker Mayfield 7-16, 98 yds, 1 int, 5 carries, 39 yds, 1 td. Browns TE Njoku 3 rec, 59 yds. Browns scrap together 16 points for the dub. BROWNS (2-2)
WEEK 5- Ravens vs Browns W 24-17
So in 5 weeks the Browns face another division rival. This game was a battle the whole way. Mayfield would go down in this one, but only for this game. That was great news since the Browns already lost 2 HBs. In comes Tyrod Taylor who but a few weeks earlier was on the trade block. Now playing in week 5. Taylor goes 9-11, 277 yds, 3 td, 0 int. With Chubb & Johnson still hurt plus Hilliard a bit banged up. The Browns earlier in the week picked up FA DeAndre Washington. Washington 12 carries, 33 yds. WR Perriman 3 rec, 112 yds, 1 td. Funny how that works right? Your backup QB finds the backup WR. Browns(3-2)
Well OMML Browns fans that's all we got for this time. I’m Daniel Greco. Yeah I know all I do is work for Al ferreira Sr. so what!

Cleveland Ohio-
Team owner Al Ferreira Sr. announced yesterday afternoon that he has hired a former coach from his past. James Martinez. Some might remember Martinez from Ferreira Sr earlier years over at XCFL where he coached on of many teams Ferreira Sr. had owned while there.
Martinez has still been actively coach in the NCAA circuit. Most recently the WR coach with the Alvernia University Golden Wolves (Division III) Martinez said yesterday- "I'm so excited to back as a head coach again under Ferreira Sr and his staff. I'm eger to get to work and hire my staff and begin to build a new dynasty here in Cleveland for the OMML Browns."
Some have said around the Browns practice facilities that they may not change any coaches due to the play calling style that Martinez likes to run seems to fit this team already. However knowing Ferreira Sr. he will have some say as to what or who comes into the organizations staff. After all he is the guy who signs the checks! So keep that in mind in the next few days. Also I have never seen him reject a coach. Publicly that is we aren't in every meeting.
Currently as well the OMML Browns have no GM. Will Ferreira Sr hire a GM or will he fill that role himself as he has done in the past. A lot more to unfold here in the next coming days and weeks leading up until the season opens.
Hello OMML Browns Fans!
We have finally heard from league officials that the OMML Browns have found their new team owner. We were just as shocked as the rest of you when we first heard the news earlier today at the private media news conference. So who is it? Well it's none other than Al Ferreira Sr.. Yeah we know not the greatest track record for bringing teams to the promise land. However everywhere he has gone he has had the respect of the league officials & other league owners as well. Ferreira Sr. has miles on his resume with numerus stints in the XCFL, MSR, Destiny, MFX, CFSL.
He has most recently made a deal with Soden Bowl as their content director. Ferreira Sr has in the last few years dabbled in the graphics world and content writing for the community. So with his plate full already he decides to purchase the right to the OMML Browns!. Ferreira Sr said- "Well when a good friend who you've known for years, asks you to join him in a new adventure. I couldn't resist the opportunity to join some "old" friends." So here he is once again back in the owners seat of another franchise in yet another league. Let’s hope that he can take this one to the promise land.
So what does this mean for the rest of the front office & the Browns coaching staff? Nothing much was answered when the media asked Ferreira Sr. that very question. Just a simple answer of "We will have to evaluate the staff as a whole and then make changes that are necessary." Time will tell what’s in store for this franchise as the next few days & week unfold here in the OMML.
Seattle Seahawks owner Daniel Greco hosted a party on behalf of his team during the bye week for some local less fortune kids in the surrounding Seattle area. "I love giving back to my community. I've been blessed you have wealth. Where some might never have that luxury to do it. I've always said Help those who can't help themselves." said owner when asked about his party last night.
I have to say the city of Seattle is really liking their new owner & his deep pockets! Time will tell next week if Seattle is for real. They face off against the tough USFC Falcons. Falcons are 3-1 at the moment. They face Denver here in week 5, then travel to Seattle for week 6! The Seahawks sit 3-1 after their 1st loss of the season in New York vs the USFC Jets.
Head Coach Al Ferreira said "We are .500 right now. It's still too early to tell how things will play out. I'm confident in my guys that we will succeed in our plans. This is a good football team & I'm going to do my best to prepare them for Sundays."
