The Raven aren't short of tough pills to swallow  as they fall short in week 7 match-up against the Seahawks. In a closely contested game, Seattle made a stand on their 5 yard line halting the Ravens drive and sending Baltimore into the bye week with  their 4th straight loss. Their troubles didn't end there as they also loss their star QB in the failed attempt at victory. Lamar Jackson took a big hit on his way out of bounds in the 4th resulting in the young QB tearing his left shoulder. While the injury is not season ending for the QB ; this could very well be season ending for the already 2-5 Ravens. Jackson will be back on the field in 4 weeks. With a bye week coming up, the Ravens offense will have to battle  without their captain in 3 key  games. What a hill to climb. 

 Young Ravens reciver Marquise Brown took flight in week one  racking up 220 YDS and 3 TDS in a second half  effort to rally against a dominate Dolpins team who held the Ravens scoreless through 2 quarters. Despite his breakout performance the   Ravens would ultimately fall short in their comeback attempt.His individual effort  wasn't completely in vain however as Brown was able claim his first Offensive Player Of The Week award.While he would  rather have taken home the win, he hopes his performance will spark the struggling Ravens team going into week 2.
