Willing to pay a reasonable price for someone to make a layout that meets the creative requests I have. Nothing absolutely mind blowing but I'm just not going to want to put in the time. I'm pretty decent at editing after the fact, just not good at finding the codes through "view page source" and "inspect element".
Never really retained anyone for this kind of thing so I hope prices aren't ridiculous lol.
