Sunday Night Football has a great matchup with the Cowboys visiting the Buccaneers. Two teams that are considered Super Bowl contenders.  The game came down to the last drive in which Tampa’s defense made a last stop to win the game last 20-17. Bucs look to take the game out of reach going 10-0 in the first quarter but the injury to Winston slowed the offense down and put pressure on the defense.

Rypien was able to hold the offense on the right course going 11-17 for 206 yards and a touchdown  made a great bounce back after throwing a interception in the second quarter. Tampa really put their game on Snell shoulder and he produce for 24 carries for 96 yards. McClatcher has another great showing with 4 ref for 110 yards and a touchdown.

Defense really had a allaround showcase. But Spence set the president by having 2 sacks. And Crawley locked the game away with a timely interception.

Week 4 Recap / Preview Week 5

This week the Redskins come into town and brought the rain with them but it didn’t slow down the Bucs at all. The offense started off clicking from the opening kickoff and the defense suffocating there redskins offense. In which allow the Bucs to win 28-3. Offense was clicking on all cylinders. Winston has a perfect passing rating 158.3 with 287 passing yards and 3 touchdowns also having 78% completion rating.  Snell had 9 carries for 92 yards with a whopping 10 yard average with a touchdown. Lastly do u know which wide receiver  went off. A new guy to mention is Godwin with 7 catches for 155 yards and a touchdown.

Defensively it was almost the same as the offense with having multiple key contributors to have the defense have a stingy attitude. Hunter had 8 tackles, 5 tackles for loss and his first interception. Reggie Floyd has 2 interceptions and Alfieri put the pressure in the QB with 4 sacks and 9 tackles.

Buccaneers end the first quarter of the season going 4-0. Next week we will be in New Orleans playing the struggling Saints who’s record is the total opposite of Tampa. Ceo_Kjr said “ their record is their record but they are still are rival and we need to be prepared. We don’t need to get trap in this game.

Buc Nation Week 3 Recap Week 4 Preview.

Week 3 Recap Week 4 Preview

In week 3 the Buccanners visit the New York Jets in a battle of undefeateds. Jets are well known for the expensive offseason they had.

Buccanners had another slow start. with having turnovers in the first drive but once again the defense held strong the whole game. Even with big plays made by Tyrell Shavers but the defense didn't allow any touchdowns allowing the offense to get insync late to win the game 23-9.

Coach CEO_KJR said "one of these slow start are really going to put us in the whole. I'm glad that we are having these game now, so we can learn from the mistakes we made. A win is a win but if we take a loss i bet you the team would learn quickly what not to do.

Last week Mike Evans went off and so it look like the Jets keyed on him which left the door open for the second year wide receiver C.McClatcher to get 6 cathces for 152 yards and add a touchdown. No stand outs on the defense side but the whole defense can get the spotlight for holding a the Jets offense to field goals in the redzone.

Week 4 the Redskins come into town with their new ownership and after losing to divisaional reival the Eagles. 35-12. Tampa bay looks to get their first win first the NFC East.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers Recap Week 2

Week 2 Recap

By an Wes came away with a close divisional win by beating the Panthers 25-13.

Once again the Buccaneers started off slow turning the ball over on the very first play but the defense held the panthers to a field goal. With two teams knowing each other, there was definitely  a  struggle for points. And then Mike Evans took over the game racking up 5 catches for 131 yards and two exciting touchdown grabs. Once again the defense allowed the team to rock the ship right shutting down the Panthers attacking at times in crucial moments.

Rookie Deron Hunter has 12 tackles but Kwon Alexander tacked up another two interceptions.

Ceo_Kjr said it was a fought tight game which we expect from a rival but it’s good to see the teams able to pull together this early in the season and get the win. These game allow us to analyze the team and find ways how to become better.

Week 3 the Buccaneers travel to  MetLife stadium to play the New York Jets who have started the season 2-0. Jets are well know from this offseason because of the talent they inquire through free agency.

Buc Nation Recap Week 1

Week 1 Tampa Bay Recap

Week 1 the Dolphins made a short trip from the south to visit Tampa Bay in a muddy weather storm. Tampa started off fast in the game moving the ball quickly but

Dolphins visit the Tampa Bay Bucs, playing a raining muddy weather game. Game started of slowly for both teams but the Bucs were able to pull away late to win 29-6

Both teams played the run very well, but Jameis Winston was able to lead the team with his passing game. After fumbling on the first possession. he promised if the defense gets a stop he will get his rhythm back. Winston finish the game 16-25, 275 YDS 1TD, 1Int.

"That interception was one of my only two mistakes, I know it's early but I can't make those mistakes as the season continues" he said in an interview after the game.

Snell command the run game late in the game but playing against a tough front 7 we still accept his output in the game.

Game Ball has to go to Kwon Alexander who impacted the game making 2 sacks, interception, and a force fumble. Defensively the Bucs are already back in regular season form. Devon Hunter didn't get the start but played in certain situations. Not sure if coach will change that going into next week. Next week our rival the Panthers come to visit winning against the Giants. We have dominated this division for the last two years and look to keep everyone at bay.

Tampa Bay Offseason Recap

As week one of the new season is upon us let’s recap the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offseason moves.

After losing in the divisional round against the future and now current super bowl champions Dallas Cowboys all we can think about the big fumble by Mike Evans. The Bucs turned to the offseason to makes so moves to make the team better but the organization was cap space. With big contracts coming up we had to say by to well known players.

Key Departure

Tyrone Crawford

Lavonte David

Maurice Alexander

Coach says it was hard to part ways with David, he was definitely the heart and souls of our defense but we couldn’t come to an agreement with his contracting expiring.

With Free Agency we didn’t really see any talent that we wanted to spin money on that were drastic roster changes but add a few pieces that would have certain roles to fill.

SS Kenny Vaccaro

RB Kenneth Dixion

RB Aaron Jones

LB Zach Cunningham

LB Marquele Lee

LB Ukeme Eligwe

LG Ron Leary

FS Deshon Elliot

With the offseason buzzing there was a lot of talk around some two key players that have been with this organization. Vita Vea once again heard his name through the trade rumors. Supposedly there was a deal for him in return of the number 4 overall pick from the Oakland Raiders but it seems that both teams lost contact and Vikings came in offering Daneille Hunter for the same pick.

Instead the Bucs wanted to trade their first round pick due to the talent and position didn’t fit. But couldn’t get anyone to return their calls. Instead they made a very questionable decision in the first round by picking SS Devon Hunter

Draft Picks

1st Round SS       Devon Hunter Virginia Tech

2nd Round OLB   Ryan Bowman Washington

4th Round DT       Tarim Vincent   Ohio State

5th Round SS.       Deontae Anderson Houston

6th Round LE        Johnthan Garvin Miami

7th Round DT        Nyles Pinckney Clemson

After the draft the Bucs felt they needed to add more depth to our defensive line and went and traded for Randy Gregory from the Oakland Raiders for a 4th round pick. We hope he can add dividends to rushing the QB and challenge our other Defensive ends.

With preseason we ended 3-1 but we are intrigue of the play of Devon Hunter, he was moved to LB and showed out during the preseason ending with those four games and playing great minutes with totals of 18 tackles 3 sacks 3 interceptions one for a touchdown and a force fumble. Hopefully the extreme gamble helps gets the Bucs back to the potions of competing for a Super Bowl.

Rumor has it that Mike Evans May be on the trade block with the development of young wide receivers Chico McClather and Tyler Vaughns but Owner CEO_KJR won’t let him go for cheap. “He’s a franchise player, we are always thinking in advance and how we can get better now and in the future”.

With week coming into the view and playing the Miami Dolphins Sunday evening heard a rumor we may wear the all red jerseys but we look forward to many keys:

Benny Snell JR.improving in his rookie season falling short of 2,000 yards before his injury. Will he become injury prone?

Jameis Winston able to keep the All Pro form and lead this team to a championship.

Will Mike Evans value increase in the passing game.

Is this team destined to go 16-0

We will see as week 1 kicks off at home.

Tampa Bay Season Recap

After the NFC championship game when the Buccaneers lost that overtime thriller against the Minnesota Vikings, I know i still have nightmares of Cook running down the sideline to score a touchdown to win the game. The Buccaneers which is one game away from playing in the Super Bowl since the last time we were there in 2003 in which we ultimately won.

CEO_KJR, look over the team have way to the seasons was looking into making this team better that are prepared for another run at the Super Bowl. He felt that we had to give better and we had a good place to fit into a scheme for this seem to go far. First was to address are all season acquisitions but there wasn't really them in for the franchise because the money was tied up in so many bad contracts and older players that was hard to make the team better through free agency. We let go  some older guys that were really middle of the road players but never made it impact and definitely not made for the scheme of this team.

The Buccaneers sign Tavon Austin RB, tyrone Crawford DL, Noah Spence DE, some guys at death to the roster and especially to the Defensive line it was a very productive and getting sacks

NFL Draft

The Buccaneers had positions that they wanted to fill but in the draft things weren't falling into place. Until Benny Snell Junior fell right into their lap as the 30th pick in the first round.

The Bucs were  also able to pick Jawaan Taylor RT in the second round, Jeffery Simmons in the 3rd and Chico McClatcher WR in the fifth round still.
CEO_KJR, thought to self when want to do with two great running back's one rookie and the other a 2 year veteran. Made a trade to the Miami Dolphins to send Ronald Jones II and in return the Bucs received DE Joey Alfieri.  And Made a trade with the Buffalo Bills for Shaq Lawson DE.

Regular Season
in week one  we headed to Detroit against the Lions, and it seems that those moves in the offseason payed off right. With Snell going 22 ATT for 167yds and 2TD and Joey Alfieri having 3 sacks. The game was rough there was a slow start for the Bucs, but the lead to being 5-0 going into the bye week and playing the Cowboys in week 7.
In the game in prime Time our team didn't show up, or play to their capability, losing 40-18.
That game showed us we are not invisible and we are not going to walk right through the league back to the NFC Championship game.

After that game the Buccaneers Defense took the reigns to help this team win the next 10 next game to complete the season. May it be them being a stout defense through out the game suffocating the opposition or making key plays to secure the win the defense has made an imprint for this team. Our defense finish 1st in Rush Yds Allowed 69 and 3rd in Pts
16.0
Led by The linebacker duo of Alexander with 53 tackles and David with 10 interceptions. .

Offensively we have been middle of the road. Jameis Winston after signing a contract extension kicked the season off slow but in the next coming weeks was one of the accurate QB in the league but struggle against notable Competition was ready to get back on track until his injury in week 10. With the division in hand the Bucs still wanted Winston to get on a rhythm hopefully the bye week will be good to him.

Benny Snell Jr was on a historic rookie season run going for 1569 yards and 17 touchdowns.  Would have been rookie of the year if it wasn't for another rookie in Seattle going completely crazy this season. But with that Snell suffered a unbelievable fluke injury in week 14 just before the Bucs locked up a bye for the playoffs. There is a small chance we can see him in the playoffs.

As the Divisional Round begins the Buccaneers have received Deja Vu for their only loss with the Dallas Cowboys coming into town to continue their quest for a championship. Will the results be the same or will the Bucs reverse the outcome. We will all be watching on BUC Nation TV.

Tampa Bay BUCS New Owner

We finally got to talk to the new owner of the Tampa Bay buccaneers

So CEO how does it feel to be part of the Premier madden league

It's an honor honestly been trying to get in a league like this for a  few years and to find out that this league is the same lead headed by a lot of known people in the Madden community and that this community is doing some outstanding work around a CFM experience.

How do you feel about the roster that you inherit?

Honestly I don't know what the previous owner was doing regarding two roster. There's a lot of salaries and contracts for a certain individual players there, outlandish in the amount and the period of length they are worth. Defensively we felt that the team needed a change, we changed them from a 3-4 scheme to a 4-3 scheme. I think that was a great move by us for the defense and the result is definitely show the last three games for our defense gave up no more than 14 points.

About the last three games you guys have one of them be a divisional rivals, how does that make the organization feel?

The organization has the responses that they made the right decision to get the right owner for the team to make the right move for the chain so that we can go in the right direction, been in a pickle right now with the team having a great record but doesn't look to be ready to go for in the future this allows the organization and affairs to trust and believe the move that will make an upcoming future.  Also shows that we are going to be a team to be reckoned with in the NFC South against our rivals and even in the league.

How do you feel about some owners saying that you given a team that was already set to make the playoffs?

I really don't care, when we acquire the organization they were in and out of the playoff picutre. After three weeks  we currently are number two seed, we have walked of the NFC South title. Finally giving then fans a home game in the playoffs we are trying to bring back the same atmosphere from the last Super Bowl team in 2002.

Do you want to say to the other owners in the league?

Nope not at all, our limitations going to have a professional appeal to them, going to let our body of work do all the talking that is necessary and focus on the go or bringing a championship to Tampa Bay.

W.B.H. For M3M

This is Willie B. Hardigan reporting for M3M SPORTS
I had a brief second to catch up with the Baltimore Ravens coach, Coach Wyatt

Congratulations on your first playoff win in any of the MYSNICKA leagues

Thanks...It's gratifying  To come from the 360 league which is like the CFL and always being a contender making the playoffs but never getting over the hump of making it  through the playoffs. Thanks to the ravens organization of giving me a chance to coach their team.  We changed a lot to get this team they way I felt would benefit us in the long road. We are kind of  reaping our rewards kind of  early but we are not getting ahead of ourselves right now.

How do you feel right now about your teams win vs Colts this afternoon?

I'm very proud of my team right now. It's been a long road this season. We were counted as an underdogs in the beginning of the season in our division. We started off very slow losing the first two games handedly. The start of the schedule was tough playing  all three division rivals in the first three weeks but we made it through with persistence

How do u feel going forward going into the divisional round.

The Jets are the best team in the  AFC, and you can't take that away from them their record speaks for it self. We've been underdogs in the beginning and we still are  underdogs. So there's no pressure on us regardless because we are not suppose to be here so we will live in the moment today but get back to the film room tomorrow to prepare.

That's all we have for now. See us again next time.
This is Willie B. Hardigan signing off for M3M Sports
