With b2b superbowls Seahawks has been the number 1 team in the league for 2 seasons. But season 3 is here and theres another team in the Nfc making noise. Chicago Bears have revamped there roster full of crafty veterans, and established stars. They start the season 5-0 winning games against upper echelon opponents that they shouldnt even be winning. Example would be a game where Bears starting QB throw 0tds and 3 ints agaisnt a tough unbeaten Minnesota team and still wins by 10?? Also has beaten Seahawks ealrier this season. A defensive front packed with Hall of Famers may just be enough to uncrown the king.!!!!!
side note : hope the AFC west doesnt play the NFC north this yr ????????
#1. Reigning 2 time champ Seahawks tops off the list with a juiced up metcalf and defensive front 7 that's tops in league. Don't forsee much of a drop off this season
#2. Chicago Bears picked up another monster to partner with Mack in Cam jordan . After a 15-1 campaign and nfc title game appearance . Not much turnover should keep them in the upper echelon of Destiny Rankings.
#3. Kansas City Chiefs 14-2 and a superbowl appearance cap off there last season. Returning all the studs, will keep the afc chasing them 97plus wrs for another season at least.
#4. Minnesota Vikings layed a egg in the wildcard round after a promising season . 14-2 got wasted but not forgotten. Could be enough to fuel a fire to get them over the hump... time will tell
#5 L.A. Chargers with a couple key losses on the roster. This team is hoping to fill the voids with new players they acquired via free agency and draft. A 15-1 campaign came to a end in AFC title game. Productive season but left more to be desired. Another team tryna make the next step, will they perform as well as last yr???
It's that time of year . Free Agency and Draft in the near future. GM's and Coaches have been wasting no time in devising their plans. With possible turnover in a few key positions. The chargers are looking for a mix of youth and veterans. Phillip Rivers and the GM are set to meet today to discuss the future together. Chargers are in the hunt for a 2nd 1st round in this years draft. So you mite see a few new faces around here next season.
With the season coming to an end in the AFC title game. The Destiny Chargers take a look at the season as a very productive one . Was First season for new Head Coach Ricky Bobby . Accomplished all beginning of season goals and then some . Won the divison , multiple players won awards, and were 1 game away from Superbowl . The sour taste of defeat will last a little while. But what doesnt kill us makes us stronger. We barely made it out of the divisional round. Took a overtime comeback effort. To even get to conference game. As much as we dislike to root for our divisional rival and team that just knocked us out. We want afc to win the superbowl, so c'mon Chiefs bring the Lombardi back to the American Footbal Conference
Im the new chargers gm and thru midseason am happy with our teams performance. We played some good opponents. We have 1 loss to the pain in the ass chiefs. I expect many battles against this team . As both games had my palms sweaty and was on the edge of my seat. Regardless of record my 2 other afc west foes are no easy matchup either. Broncos has a young up and coming team as well as raiders. Both organizations have upper echelon coaches. I am glad to be in the league for sure. One of the more sim lgs I've been apart of and i like it. Im open to feedback after everygame if anyone has any criticism. I am a newer member and trying to follow suit with the rest of you all. My mission this season as chargers coach is to make the playoffs. Anything else is just icing on the cake. As i mold the team into my own flavor , we are having a solid season. Always room for improvement , but happy were in the mix as of now. If we can olny stay healthy thru the rest of reg season and playoffs, we feel the sky is the limit.... ????
