2nd Round Pick 2018
(took away the 3rd)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
QB's decline differently from skill position players. Roethlisberger is 3 yrs older and is holding at 89OVR Drew Brees is 6yrs older and is holding at 88OVR and Aaron Rogers is 1 year older and is holding at 96OVR!
We understand Flacco is getting older but he can still be productive and feel he is worth the 2nd round pick

Tupuc Shakur was pissed about the other deal..so he's letting VD go for later round 1st and 2nd
Yes, the Colts agree to this deal. While we didn't want to give up the best young QB in the game who makes a average WR core look good; we made a trade for Glennon who we really believe in. We think this is a fair trade. Giving a DT who and a WR. DT are important but not a key position like LB, CB, S. We did get one impact player in Watkins who we like. We think the swap in draft picks make this trade fair for giving away the best franchise
QB you can have.
Colts trade Phillip Dorsett 23yrs 68ovr & Sio Moore 26yrs 80ovr
for
Mike Glennon 26yrs 71ovr and 2nd round pick #33
We went to the table with only wanting Glennon. The Tampa Bucs GM insisted that Dorsett be included in the deal. Really didn't want to trade Dorsett, who people call TY. Hilton Part 2 but this is part of a makeover that is needed to play ball I we want to play ball in Indy!!
As we give away top talent. We have to be able to stop people. I will always be a defense coach first. "Hey, defense can score." Were just trying to improve on defense and see what we can come up with on offense. While Max was well convented and one of the top centers in the league We fell like we have to get more pieces on defense to get to where we need to be
Colts agree to giving away a young stud MLB in Mosley and still effective Brent Mebane at the DT position.
Were trying to shake things up and try something different to reach the AFC title game. Hate giving up Mosley but I have some depth back there and I want to give this other kid a try at MLB.
The Colts agree to letting the hard hitting FS Landry go as we have picked up a UGA product and will always strive to pick up UGA players when possible.
Colts agree to this trade. With a poor record of drafting we figure we try a different approach and get some players at needed positions.
