Raiders Warning s3

Raiders is receiving his first warning in week 16.

Remember if you leading in a game there is many ways to waste clock time. one up in 4th with a 30pt lead there is no reason to keep running up score. with TDs.

just in future we ask that if you have a substantial lead and there is a lot of time left waste the clock as  best you can.  Fgs can be scored if timeouts are remaining. you can also kneel or keep running. may get a first down with a pass on a 3rd down then drop to ground to allow clock run and not move ball excessively. Just use common sense as well think about the players you playing.

Rule:
Game Fairness (Protect their Ego Rule)
If you have won the game, but there is still time to play, Just do only the bare necessities to finish. This can be brought about by A Kneel you are not allowed to continue moving the ball at will to embarrass, or stat flood an opponent.NO deliberate point should be scored, not even field goals unless timeouts remaining.

Please refrain from using outside runs with the purpose or design to get out of bounds or to stretch across the field, for the dignity of this league stay in bounds to eliminate the time.

Seahawks s3 warning

Warning going out to Seattle Seahawks. first time punishment.

The use of a none sim play in a situation. using a FG block in short yard situation.
We want to remind the coach as well as everyone that Sim play is to be used and to think about during all downs. Mix up your plays. Man/Cover2/Cover3/Cover4/blitz. using plays that wouldn't be used during situation inst sim can can be punished.
Funny formations like : Fg Block on short yards plays. 20 yard drop backs. moving of multiple players manually. will be grounds to be punished.
Play sim and enjoy.

From the rule book:

Play Calling
- Try to keep a balanced pass/run AND man/blitz/zone coverage ratio

- Mix up your formations as much as possible

(You are expected to make use of all the different formations and calls in your playbook like a real NFL team would. Heavily favoring one formation all match long will be punishable.)

- Avoid running the same plays/routes all game long. Do not use the same play(s) or the same formation offensively or defensively, EA logic has bugs, and glitches DO NOT exploit them

(Diversified both formation and call meaning you cannot run a trap from the I formation, from the gun, and then from the singleback and consider that separate plays that is not diversifying.)

(Everyone has money plays that work on both sides of the ball and that is absolutely ok. However for example only running slants, power o runs or a cover 3 zone all match is unrealistic and considered abusive.)

- No use of heavy blitz calls.

- You may only attempt an onside kick during the fourth quarter
________________________________________________________________________________________
Play Calling Part II
-Only one player is allowed to be user controlled into position Pre-Snap.
(Using the "show blitz" feature is the only exception, however do not abuse it)

- You must have at least 3 defensive linemen rushing the entire game. Spy is not considered a rusher.
(There is no scenario where you should be audible defensive linemen back into coverage unless it is part of your designed defensive play call. As a general rule you are also to have at all times three defensive linemen rushing the quarterback.)

- Avoid excessive hot route calling on offense

(Do not go overboard. As a general rule you should not be going into each play you run calling hot routes. If it gets to a point where it is excessive and you are reliant upon it for your offense to function, you will be punished.)
- Allow any motioned players to get set before your snap

- Line drive punts are NOT allowed in our league

(Unless you are attempting to pin your opponent inside the 10 yard line from a reasonable and manageable distance line drive punting is not to be attempted.)
________________________________________________________________________________________
4th Down rule: (for when you are winning)
Up 14 points, never go for it (except in a fourth and goal)
-4th and 1 or short, you can go for it, but only if you are not on your own side of the field, and you have not previously attempted a fourth down conversion on the same drive.
-You cannot go forward if you have a lead on fourth and one or short more than two times a half (excluding fourth and goal situations)
-In a fourth and goal scenario it is up to the coaches discretion whether to go for it or not in any situations, unless leading by 15 or more.

Rams s3 warning

Position changing.

As a committee we over see transactions and noticed. swapping of player from OLB to DE (Griffin Fina) even if it was temporary we would like to see you place a position change in forums. This is warning. We understand some LBs move from OLB to DE but as of now our rules do not allow that position to be interchangeable and requires a position change forum post.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Change of position:
Each team transitions players to new positions because of injury or because of experimentation but it is not common or in everyday occurrence but for example the Vikings used quarterback Joe Webb as a quarterback and receiver.

- Each team will only be allowed to change positions 2 times max.

- There are interchangeable "free position swaps" DT/DE, FS/SS P/K as well as offense linemen can change positions across the line freely. Linebackers can be changed interchangeably

- Transition cornerback to safety, or tight end to a wide receiver, is not permitted in the depth chart

*Anyone found switching the positions without interchangeable qualifications or an approved permission will be punished swiftly and severely at risk this could end or damage a sim standard type of scenario
