Building a team through trades should be at the discretion of the owner. moving forward there will be no trade committee, but the following rules have to be followed.
1. Teams must stay under the 20 Million mark in cap penalties. So at no time in any year may you go over that cap penalty number. If you are above the 20 million at any point you will not be allowed to trade or cut any players that will put you into more of a penalty. When your team is below the 20 million cap number you will be allowed to make trades again with in ur limits. This is assure we keep teams intact just incase a owner has to be booted or leave for any reason. If the commissioner group feels any trade is suspected to help a friend out or to purposely hurt the league that trade can be reversed but for the most part this league is made to have fun and will let owners build their team as they see fit.
2. All Original League Members can trade starting as of Week 1, New Players just joining the league must wait 6 games before making any trades so we can determine if you here for the long run and not ruin a team that can not be filled when someone quits
3. Once a player is traded that player can not be traded again in the same season. Traded players must remain on the team they have been traded to till the beginning of the new season. (This means preseason week 1)
4. Draft picks have no limits you can trade and package all draft picks no matter what.
5. All trades need to be posted on Daddy's League there there are no exceptions.
