1.  Area that tracks the draft picks and their development - allow for people to see what the true value of a 1st / 2nd / 3rd round pick is.

2. Blast to the league when two players agree to a trade - I know a case can be made that someone wont want to be outbid, but this eliminates the CFM ruining 99ovr for scrubs / late round draft choice.

4. Able to make and set your own BPA draft board.

6. Choice to export your current CFM team.

7.  Random injuries (during practice) or suspensions that arise during the year.  Tie this to injury rating and/or the traits the player has.
