Mighty Joe did not disappoint in his season debut for the Chicago Bears. THIRTY ONE carries for ONE EIGHTY NINE YARDS and THREE TOUCHDOWNS against the Carolina Panthers. The Bears defense picked of Fields SIX times in his return to Soldier Field since the trade last season....
With three games left in the 2023 season and the playoffs still on the line, the Bears HC was out sick against the Honolulu Black Knight's! Rookie sensation Bryce Young had the game of his short NFL career with FOUR touchdowns and 80% passing completion, maybe the Bears head coach needs to call out sick more often and let the rook, cook!!!
The Chicago Bears showed up after a great week of practice to play a game of what they thought was football, in Ohio Sunday afternoon. Only looking at the statistics, Coach T-Madden thought somthing seemed "fishy" with them but thought, "what could it be?". Never in his wildest dream did he think RPO would be 213% of the snaps. The new "GLITCH"... we mean "football", was on full display from opening kickoff til the final whistle (which was in overtime we might add). Although the Bears lost in OT, they left Ohio with their heads held high, and dignity and repect intact!
After coming off their bye week,The Chicago Bears jump out to an early lead and held it for THREE quarters. Since pop-warner football, we are all taught, there are FOUR quarters in football! Mr. Young threw a pick just before the half to give the Lions a free 3 points to keep them in the game and another pick in the 4th quarter to give the Lions the ball back and eventually to kick the game winning FG.
After going through the Winter blizzard of the Snow Bunnies, The Chicago Bears are in a much needed bye this week as they are in the final stretch of the season. Our beloved Bears are barely holding on to a playoff spot as they lost the division lead last week with the loss to Brooklyn. Hopefully with the bye coming so late in the season it can give them the rest they need and give them the push they need to get in the dance.
