These rules were created with two goals in mind. Promote fair, str8 sim competition by eliminating exploits, “cheese”, abusive AI tactics, etc. while having the minimum amount of restrictions on how members play & build their team.

I. League Settings

7 minute quarters (with 18 sec runoff)

II. Advance Schedule & Communication
Weekly Advance: 72 hour advance. If the week is completed before the deadline, we will notify everyone via GroupMe & the league will advance to the next week. The new advance period will start at that point.
Communication: All members are expected to use GroupMe daily. This will be the primary method to schedule games, inform members with league info, etc.
All members are expected to contact their opponent A.S.A.P. If you don't reach out on 1st day of advance and there are schedule conflicts the owner that reached out will get the force. When attempting to schedule your game, page your opponent using the “@ groupme id” feature and send a direct message with your availability. Do not just ask “when can you play”. If a member schedules a game and one of the owners doesn't show up or messages the other to this effect then it will be a force or choice of the owner to play cpu.
Simulated Games: If scheduling fails, we will use screenshots of the direct message conversation to determine if a force win should be awarded or fair sim. No @ in chats will be used as proof. Please dm for proof.
--> Players playing against CPU controlled teams can play cpu but must adhere to cpu stat padding rules
--> Simulated games will happen with injuries set to on
Inactivity: Every owner is expected to stay active. We reserve the right to replace anyone due to inactivity.
Obviously life happens, so if you will be MIA for a short period of time...please inform an administrator. If it will be for an extended period of time,the commish will decide to either put on auto until you return or replace the owner depending on activity and circumstances. Exceptions will be made depending on the situation.
III. Twitch
Every member is expected to have a Twitch or YouTube account for game streaming. By default, the HOME TEAM will be the one responsible to stream and archive the game but if it’s not possible due to technical difficulties, the away team will stream. YOU MUST TWITCH YOUR GAME

How to archive your Twitch broadcasts:
- Log in @ http://www.twitch.tv
- Go to account settings (wrench icon)
- Go to “Channels & Video” & click the option to “automatically archive my broadcasts”. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
IV. Sportsmanship & Member Conduct
RESPECT: All members are expected to conduct themselves as mature adults & respect one another. Members who use racial slurs or remarks, berate or verbally abuse other members, etc. will be removed from the league.
Remember, this is only a game. Do not get salty after a loss...just say “GG” and move on. If you have a problem with an opponent, contact an administrator privately via DM…..do not call them out in the group. Have a huge lead? Do not run up the score...etc etc.
Running up score or stat padding
If your up 2 scores or more in the game with 2 or more mins left your expected to run ball and chew clock. If you score the player that scores will sit the next game.
V. Gameplay Rules
Mix it up (O & D): Mix up your play calling, formations, routes, etc. Running the same plays over & over, using the same passing routes, blitzin on every down, using that one go-to play on every 3rd down, etc. is not considered sim and will not be allowed. ******Also a 59 point limit against users is now added. Please do not score more than 59 points in a game vs a user unless it is needed to win the game. If you break this rule you will sit 1 game regardless of game.
Pre-snap movement (O): When putting a player in motion, that player must complete his motion before starting the play.
Pre-snap movement (D): You are only allowed to manually move one (1) player pre-snap and you must control that player during the play. Defensive shifts (show blitz, man align, shift LB/D-Line right/left/spread, etc) are allowed.
You cannot move a player back and forth to build that speed burst at the snap.
4th-Down (O): Players are only allowed to go for it on fourth down during the following situations→
- 4th and 2 or less once you cross the 50 yard line. Limited to two (2) uses per game.
- Losing in the 4th quarter with 2 mins left on clock
- Losing by 21 or more in the 3rd quarter. No limit.
If your up by 2 or more scores in the game you cant go for it under any conditions.
- Anytime during OT.
No-Huddle (O): All members are expected to let the game situation dictate their no-huddle decision making. Excessive use of the no-huddle is not allowed.
Milking the clock(O): Players can only start running out the clock after the 2min mark in first and 3 min mark in the second half. This also applies during OT.
Quick-Snapping (O): Give the defense couple of seconds to get set. If the defense change/flip the play, wait till they are in position before starting the play. Exception being if the play clock is running out and/or defense is constantly flipping/changing plays.
Scoring Cap rules;
No one can score above 59 point in a game unless it's a 1 score game or game goes into OT. If you do score above that is a blowout win you will be subject to a game suspension or worse depending on circumstances.
Play-Action (O): There is NO PLAYACTION CANCEL ALLOWED.
“Sideline Running” (O): Run the ball to where the play is intended. Calling a HB Dive and shooting straight toward the sideline is not allowed.
Goal Line Formation (O & D): Can only be used inside your opponent's or your own 10-yard line.
D-Line Rush (D): Defense must rush at least three (3) lineman on every play with the exception of a Hail Mary situation.
Fake FG/Punt (ST): Allowed only during realistic game situations. Ex. Attempting a fake punt with the lead is NOT realistic.
Onside Kicks (ST): Allowed only in the 4th quarter when trailing.
VI. Team Management
Positional Rules: Players must follow the following guidelines when setting their depth charts & making substitutions →
ALL PLAYER POSITIONAL CHANGES NEED TO BE APPROVED BY A COMMISH
QB: Only QB's
HB : only can stay at HB
FB: eligible to move to TE
TE: eligible to move to FB
OL: all offensive line positions are interchangeable.
DL: DT must be 285 or larger
LB: all linebacker positions are interchangeable.
You cant put a safety to any LB position that is under 220 lbs.
DE: eligible to move to OLB . Players.must be 250.or higher to switch to DE from olb
OLB: eligible to move to DE if the player is 250 or heavier
DB: CB can be switched to safety but must be 6'0 200 or more or have less the 90 spd or less then 90 in any coverage
Player Editing: Allowed. Every owner must follow the above “Positional Rules” when changing positions.
Trades: All trades must be submitted to the trade committee for approval. You must post trade on Daddys league and then link it to the trade board of myself , skinsinc and ED jmb
When submitting a trade, please include:
→ Screenshots of “player card” for each player involved.
→ Screenshot of the “trade request” screen with the players/picks involved.
Once a trade has been agreed to and sent to be voted on the 2 teams can't backout of the trade
→ Trades need a 3 approval vote to pass unless it involves a player 26 and under and a overall of 90+.
There are no restrictions on the amount of trades an owner can make.
Trades with the CPU is NOT allowed.
New team owners must wait a mandatory 5 games before trading.
Once trades are presented to the board and have an approval they are final. And must be processed.
Free-Agency:
Pre & Regular Season: Free agency will be “free-for-all”. Due to high injuries we will have no limit on the amount of free agents you can now sign.
Off-season: Teams will use the in-game bidding system to sign free-agents.
Practice Squads: Allowed. Remember players placed on practice squads are essentially free agents and can be signed by any team in the league. They are free to be signed week 3 of regular season.
Free Agent rule (O):If you waive a player you must wait 1 weeks before you resign them and said player may not be traded if resigned by the same team who released them
If you pick up a player during season on a 1 year deal that player cant be traded as no chance to resign.

Max carries by runner 25 , max yards rushing - 200 rush , 3 tds
Qb - pass 500 ,5 tds
1st offense player sits 1 game
2nd offense owner sits 1 game
3rd offense owner gets booted

VII. Rule Enforcement
The administration will take into account several factors when determining a penalty to be handed out for a rules violation:
- Severity of the rule violation
- Circumstances surrounding the rules violation
- Member history and receptiveness to the violation discussion
