Season 87, Week 14 Fun and Random facts:

- Dispite having 99 OVR rated Bijan Robinson leading the charge in Atlanta, the Falcons are 32/32 in total rushing TDs as a team with 5 all season. Bijan has 4 of the teams 5 rushing TDs.

- The Jacksonville Jaguars have the leagues lowest total number of catches from their team's reception leader, with their team lead in catches only being 32 catches on the season, through 13 games. The even more fun part of this is they have 7(!!) different players with between 25-32 catches each.

- Speaking on team reception leaders, let's take a look at the Miami Dolphins. They are top 10 in passing TDs on the year with 30, but out of those 30 TDs, their reception leader only has 1 TD. (De'Von Achane - 60 catches, 648 yards, 1 TD).

- The Giants love TE Elijah Higgins. Higgins is doing his best Michael Thomas impression on team reception share, pulling in 32% of the team's catches, which is 3% higher than the 2nd highest reception share.

- The top two players in dropped passes are Bears WR D.J. Moore (13) and Browns WR Elijah Moore (10). JP wanted to see more drops, but instead he is seeing Moore drops. I hope you are happy.

- There are 5 teams right now that have run distribution splits below 45% (Browns, Bucs, Jags, Jets, and Ravens), proving that the RBBC is not dead.

- There are 7 teams right now that have run distribution splits above 65% (Chiefs, Packers, Panthers, Raiders, Rams, Seahawks, and Steelers), as those teams are destined to prove the RBBC is dead.

- The league leader in rushing TDs is Bears HB Chris Thomas, with 11. Doni would be sick seeing this number so low.

- In the NFL in 2023, the range from best to worst defenses in total yards was between 274 yards (Browns) and 388 yards (Commanders).
- In RedZone in Season 87, the range from best to worst defenses in total yards was between 307 yards (Jaguars) and 432 yards (Dolphins).

- According to NeonSportz (half sacks might be attributed wierd), Raiders pass rusher Maxx Crosby has more sacks by himself (25) than the entire rosters of the Bucs (24), Cowboys (24), Patriots (22), Panthers (21), Commanders (19), Texans (19), and Falcons (18).

- In behind the scenes action, Commissioner Kelly has asserted that pass blocking should be reduced. The Browns have 56 sacks on the season, 2nd highest in the league, 3 behind the Maxx Vegas Raiders. The Bears only have 34 sacks on the year... I wouldn't complain about more.

- The Bears have been sacked 52 times on the season, 9 more than the second most team... the Browns. Maybe I don't want to see more sacks anymore.

- The Saints have thrown the 2nd most INTs on the season, with 27. They are also +1 in total turnover differential.
- The Seahawks have thrown the 5th lowest INTs on the season, with 12. They are only +2 in total turnover differential.

- Both the Chiefs and Bengals have never recovered a fumble this season.
- The Giants have recovered 14 fumbles this season.

- The Panthers lead the league in both 4th down attempts and 4th down conversions (18-29). That means you are likely to see 2-3 4th down attempts per game from them.
- The 49ers have only attempted 7 4th down attempts on the year. They converted 5 of them, and have the 2nd highest conversion rate. Maybe they should do it more.
