Coach Ratings - Season 80

Today we are going to go over coach ratings. Who is doing great with the team in front of them? Who has a stacked locker room but just isn't performing on the field? This is all about maximizing the talent around you, calling a good game plan, and executing to the best of your abilities. 

To make this simple, I used the following chart to give your team a projected outcome, based solely on their team OVR. A team who is 90 OVR is expected to go 17-0, while a team who is 73 OVR is expected to finish 0-17. 

 

So now we will compare each teams actual winning percentage to their anticipated record, to give us a coach rating. The higher the number, the better that coach was at performing with the talent around them. Obviously, a stacked roster really has only one way to go, adn that's down. The best way to look at this chart is if you find your team with a positive Coach Rating, you are exceeding your expectations with your roster. Inversely, if you see a negative number, you are performing below expectations.
