With Great Responsibility

RedZone-

First off I want to thank JP for all of his efforts over the past several years in making the most sim experience possible for gameplay. Also for his patience and perseverance to put up with all of our feedback, complaints, comments, remarks, etc. We all know that JP took gameplay and sliders personal because he put so much energy into giving us the best possible experience. No one cares more than James Panos.

As Astin and I take over this immense responsibility, our first goal is to continue the legacy that JP has paved. The only way to succeed in a dynasty such as RedZone is by standing on the shoulders of giants. That’s what we will do.

Our second goal is to make decisions deliberately based on data, logic, and feedback. We want to avoid kneejerk, emotional, and anecdotal changes as much as possible. To that end, any and all changes will include the reasoning and data behind those changes. Feedback and open discussion is encouraged and welcomed.

Lastly, I want to apologize for contributing to the toxic chat recently. The commissioners have so much to deal with, that last thing they need is to have us escalating already tense discussions. Thank you Jake, Moji, and JP for making this the best Madden league out there. I personally apologize to Ramesu, Pie Guy, and Spencer for personal attacks. I am happy to engage in discussion around sliders and gameplay, but I will not devolve into personal attacks again.
