Eagles Write Up

 

 

Coaches: Adel. Adel and the Eagles have been a constant sighting near the top of NFC. He is active in the draft, FA, and trades. Everything you need out of a good coach and gm.

 

Success: One of the winningest teams and coaches of the cycle. Sitting there with a win percentage of over 74%. The Eagles have 7 playoff berths to go along with their 7 winning seasons. Coach Adel even has a 64% win percentage in the playoffs. The biggest accomplishment though is his RZ title that he was able to bring home. 

 

Strengths: The #1 thing here is taking advantage of people in trades. I don’t know why people constantly trade him the pieces he needs with little in return.  Adel is able to hit homeruns in the draft, he wins most of his trades and is able to get what he needs through Free agency. Adel is also good at playing mind games with some of the weaker minds in the league.

 

Weaknesses: Not a lot here. If i had to peg one thing i would have to say over confidence. I think this is what came back to bite him at the end of last season. If he comes into every game thinking it will be a dog fight he will be better off.

 

M22 Prediction: Adel will be able to take a team and build it to his liking. Even if he takes the worst team in the league I feel he would still be competitive while he was building it up.
