Dolphins Write Up

Coaches: BM.Coach Bobert has been around the game of football since its inception over a 100 years ago. Where there are narratives, accusations, cheese to be found look no further than BM and his staff.

Success: Currently sitting below .500 on the cycle with only 2 winning seasons to his name. Coach Bobert the Dolphins were off to a rough start. However, in the second season the Dolphins came ready to pray up and down the field as they found themselves all the way to the AFC championship losing to the eventual Champs in the Jags. Then there was another drop off. Like skydiving with no parachute drop off. Last season Coach BM capitalized on some  tampering that was happening in New York and managed to win the division. But fell just short in moving on to the next round.

Strengths: Team building is one of BM’s biggest strengths. Once he figures out what he wants to do, he is able to go out and build the team to do it. He is consistent on the sticks which is huge. However, I think Bobert’s biggest strength is the ability to stay level  headed in the heat of the moment. If more coaches could learn this skill they would be much better off.

Weaknesses:  His major weakness is forcing the ball to his best receiver especially early in the cycle when he was throwing deep. He has since fixed that issue for the most part. His other weakness is when he falls in Love with a player he will go get that player at all costs. Ex. Breaston, he fell in love in the pre draft process and did whatever it took to get him.

M22 Prediction: I think BM will be able to figure how to be competitive with whatever team he gets. He will make moves and draft who he needs to make his team a contender. He is good enough on the stick to compete with whatever team he gets.
