Bills Write Up

 

 

Coaches: JP, I feel like JP and the Bills started off in a good spot, with a good young QB, solid weapons around him and solid defense. Something has happened over the last few years though where he went from a playoff contender to contending for top 10 picks.

 

Success: The Bills have 2 playoff appearances this cycle with a few more winning seasons. In his playoff appearances he lost both games by a single possession. If he can find that winning formula again the AFC East will be fun to watch.

 

Strengths: Jp did a great job developing Josh Allen into the Superstar he is now. He has also been able to develop and draft weapons around Allen. Knox has developed nicely, drafting Bates to replace Diggs helped as well. On defense he was able to develop and draft quite a few pieces to make that defense solid.

 

Weaknesses: The major weakness Jp and Bills have is losing winnable games. I think sometimes the Bills come in a little lax and he blinks and the game gets away. I also feel Free Agency is a major weakness in his repertoire, as he will occasionally miss out on filling holes that need to be filled.  

 

M22 Prediction:Jp will be a continued team on the brink of playoffs or in the playoffs. If he catches fire at the right time with the right team I could see him going to RZ Bowl. He can develop guys with the best in the league and isn't afraid to wheel and deal when needed. Next cycle should be a fun one.
