Playoff Hopefuls 

Let's dive into which border teams are most likely to make the jump into the playoffs and will any reach the playoffs for the first time:

Saints:  I think this is an obvious choice heading into S69. They missed out on a tiebreaker situation with the 49ers. They boasted a top 10 defense last season and if they can manage to bring most of them pick and find a little more firepower on offense expect them to be in the thick of things.

Rams: This team has been playing great defense all cycle. If they can just improve slightly on offense and add even on average a field goal per game we could see them competing for sure.

Colts:  It is going to be tough sledding for any AFC team to find their way into the playoffs. But if they Colts can become a top 20 defensive team instead of  the bottom feeder, matching a decent defense with that offense you could see them propelled to as many as 9 or 10 wins.

Chiefs:  The Chiefs are primed to make another run into the playoffs. They missed out this season by one game. Considering 3 of their losses came by 3 points or less. If they fix one or two of those games look for them to knock another team out of the mix.
