Season Predictions:
With season 68 coming to a close it is time to do a Pre-Draft prediction. Of course this is before, trades, FA and draft so a lot is subject to change.
AFC North Winner: Steelers
Steelers: 12-4
Ravens: 4-12
Browns:3-13
Bengals: 10-6
This has been the Steelers Division for 5 years and not much seems to change over there. The bengals got close and look to make another run should be some fun matchups this season.
AFC East WInner: Dolphins
Jets: 11-5
Bills:7-9
Dolphins: 12-4
Patriots: 3-13
This division got interesting this year when Coach Moji went out of town and his assistants blew the division lead. He may be on a crash course with the Dolphins. Who comes out on top?
AFC South Winner: Jaguars
Jaguars: 12-4
Titans: 10-6
Colts: 5-111
Texans: 11-5
Texans capitalized on down years from the Jags and Titans. How long will these 2 teams stay down. Not long in my opinion as the South tries to send 3 teams to the playoffs this season. But the AFC is crowded, how will it pan out??
AFC West Winner: Broncos
Broncos: 13-3
Chiefs: 7-9
Raiders: 8-8
Chargers: 12-4
The west may be one of the best if not the best division in football, however that does not bode well when you have to play 6 games of those top teams. Someone is going to fall. But I look for Denver to try to make another run at a title as they fell just short in the AFC Title Game this year.
NFC North Winner: Packers
Vikings: 5-11
Lions: 6-10
Bears: 5-11
Packers: 7-9
Umm, pick up a dart and throw it near 4 pictures and see what team it hits. Now this division is improving, but they still have a ways to go to be considered a threat in the NFC. I mean we had a 7 win team taking playoff spots away from 9/10 win teams. I would love to see Theo and the packers put it all together and come out here.
NFC East Winner: Cowboys
Eagles: 10-6
Cowboys: 11-5
Football Team: 3-13
Giants: 6-10
After the last 2 games where the Cowboys where playing for the playoff hopes and then facing the Eagles again in the playoffs. They may just have the Eagles ticket and they are punching it all the way to a division title.
NFC South Winner: Falcons
Falcons: 15-1
Buccaneers: 11-5
Saints: 10-6
Panthers: 7-9
Until a defense learns how to build a wall around Magatron, I don’t see anyone slowing them down on a consistent basis. So the division is theirs duh!!!
NFC West: Cardinals
49ers: 10-6
Cardinals: 12-4
Rams: 9-7
Seahawks 5-11:
We constantly have a great fight at the top between 9ers and Cards. However, i think the cards are just too primed to keep winning the division here. Look for a surprise by Seattle to cost one of these teams a playoff spot.
AFC Championship: Dolphins v Chargers
The Bolts and Fins are just one step, one play, one run commit from making a run at the big game. If they can manage to make that play they may just coast to a title game
NFC Championship: Bucs v Cowboys
This would be fun. Probably not happening, anytime soon but it could, both have solid teams and won playoff games this season but ran into a couple juggernauts. Just imagine chat going if these guys square off.
Super Bowl: Dolphins v Bucs
Winner: Dolphins
As BM returns to the top after many, many years away from the sniffing it now is his shot. His defense is built to last. His offense has come around, turnovers are at all time low. Make it happen Coach!!!
