Adel is getting a pretty good roster here and a young QB who he will have under cost control for the first three seasons. Derwin James and other special pieces on this defense make for an intersting selection here.
Coach JP gets a good Quarterback in Kyler Murrary and some fun weapons on offense. JJ Watt, Chandler Jones, Isiah Simmons make this a fun defense to play on user wise. Fun team all around for JP in Madden 22.
Who says you can't go home? Coach Astin and the presumable rookie QB coming in makes this marriage very intersting. CMC would benefit and he would fix the things that have gone wrong on the defensive side.
Coach Moji was well loved during his time in Green Bay the first go around. I see nothing different this time, he will improve the defense and that offense is ready made to have him in superbowl contention right away.
Coach Roc goes with the runner ups here, he will need to navigate the coming cap issues that the Chiefs have but he will have an elite offense and some great pieces on defense to make a run at the thing that has eluded him in 3 trips.
I think Ramesu has always wanted Saquon Barkely and while this might be a tad early for the Giants I could see Ramesu putting some serious dev into this offense and a defense that has some young players to build around.
Eikim gets a true powerhouse here and a team that if he plays his cards right like Ernest has done this cycle will continue to add fresh faces off of ones that contributed and were traded away at their highest value.
I have Pat staying in the south with my predicted ultimate rebuild. I expect Watson to have been traded by this point and for him to have a lot of picks just like the Jags team he has now did in the first draft.
Coach Blueprint winds up with a good offensive line, stout running game and a defense with pieces in places he usually likes them to be. I see this being the right fit for him with Baker Mayfield and crew.
This one was easy, I expect they will come up on his list of choices this year and it will make it tough to say no to the team he is a fan of. The Raiders have made some intersting moves this offseason and I would expect Coach BM to thrive here.
Finally IJ will not get screwed on the rookie QB (see Justin Herbert, and Patrick Mahomes) I fully expect him to take the Jags given the chance for the honor of using the rookie golden hair, golden arm savior of Duval.... Trevor Lawrence. Defense has pieces to work with as well.
The man traded for Lamar Jackson this cycle, by luck of the draw he came up in the 5 I happened to grab for him. This marriage will work out great even if they don't have the rest of pieces that his current 49er team has.
Coach Tiko will take over a stacked Rams team that just put all of their 1st round pick eggs into the Matthew Stafford basket. I can see Tiko going for a superbowl and if that backfires he is one of the best at fire saling his way into a full on rebuild.
King John proved he hasn't needed a big time Quarterback to be successful in this league. I expect him to get the best out of Jimmy G and be fighiting for this division year in and out.
I fully expect them to have a new shiny QB and they have a lot of flexibility for Kelly to build this roster the way he wants to. I could see Kelly going back to his glory days with the Rams if he plays his cards right with this team.
I think the allure of cover athlete Derrick Henry and his power style will be enough to lure Coach Spence here. He will have to be a good GM and work out the rest of the roster but the foundation is there for him to have a successful cycle with this team.
I heard once that KFox lived close to the Cincinatti area and he would be wise to take this upcoming team with second year stud QB Joe Burrow. The Bengals will need to add talent up front and on defense but if what I have seen so far is any indication Coach KFox will be up to the task.
Coach Sin is more of a west coast guy at this point and with his Giants gone he will take an ultra talented team over with some hitters on the defensive side and a star QB in Russell Wilson he has not seen since his days with Andrew Luck.
They will fall becuase of their early window being so small with Brady at the helm but I expect him to get 2 great years out of Brady. Second year in a row Spittah ends up with the defending champs.
RFox for whatver reason strikes me as a guy who will be in the NFC North for his entire redzone career. I know that is not likely to happen but I have him hopping over to Minnesota and taking over a Vikings team that could be in it with a few good moves and RFox's continued improvment.
Malik has been known to turn over his roster and do things a little different. He should have options and likley extra picks taking this Dolphins team. He has some holes to fill mainly the offensive line but that will come with time.
This one warms the heart a little bit. Metal was so successful in past cycles with his favorite team and trying to get these two back together to get the magic flowing may be the best course of action for Metal and the city that pelted Santa Claus with snow.
One of the better teams left on the board with a solid line and having just brought Carson Wentz over from Philly the Colts are primed to rocket to the top of the AFC if Coach Theo can get some wins under his belt and improve between the cycles.
I could see this pick working out, Longville took over a Browns team that this Bears team could easily replicate the blueprint to. I expect this to be a good match and make those BM coaching tree games twice a year a fun time for all invovled.
This team did not show up on my lists for a while so I am quite surprised they slipped as far as they did. Glenn will need to reign it in with Josh Allen's incredible arm strength but he is starting with a good roster to work with.
One of the best teams left on the board Andrew once went after Cam Newton hard in free agency before he resigned with yours truly. I expect Andrew to take Cam and try to make it work out there. That defense is still stacked and should keep him in games.
Another team that showed up early on my list and disappeared until late. Coach Beech should be thrilled to get the Cowboys here and he will be staying in the NFC East for the second straight year. Dak and Beech should work out pretty well seeing what he is doing with Giraldo right now.
Beat once had the Falcons and got kicked out the league for a short period. He will not allow that mistake to repeat itself. He has an aging roster but there are some stud players inclduing Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, and Calvin Ridley on the offense to make opponents fear the LAP as it has been proclamied.
Coach Jake sneaks back into the league because our resident war hero has to go serve our contry. Jake goes right back home to a place he is very familair with. It won't be Guice and crew this time but I fully expect Jake to make it work out in the nations captial.
WG inherits a talented mess here. This team drops so far because they are paying Jameis Winston and Taysom Hill deals that cannot be voided in Madden last time I checked. This team has a lot of talent and if WG is wise he will trade the right pieces off to bring this back with some solid draft picks.
Aaron and Trent will need to be rooting for the newest member of the league who is taking over a decent roster but is in a stacked division. He will need to balance getting younger with finding an offensive identity for this Broncos team that desperatley needs one.
I pick last, this is what I get left with. All good, hopefully the guy who has the Rams sucks as bad as I do.
