Frank Giraldo - Saints, Seahawks, Browns, Ravens, Patriots: Giraldo is coming off a disappointing start to his career in that ended when Sam Darnold was brought in to replace him. Giraldo could go back and be the backup for Darnold. Wilson is on his way out in Seattle and Giraldo could be the heir apparent. He could give Baker Mayfield a run for his money, Bill Harris as well for that matter in the AFC North. Carson Wentz spends a lot of time out of the game and Giraldo could figure to see some time if he signs with Coach Glenn and the pats.
Best Fit: Saints
Tevin Wofford - Giants, Rams, Seahawks, Ravens: Wofford is coming off of being traded this past year to the Giants. His time with the Giants was a mixed bag with he and Derek Carr sharing time. Going back to the Giants would they sign another QB and split time again like he did last year? The Rams have a hole at Quarterback after Cam Newton retired and Mitchell Trubisky is the only other QB on the roster. Wofford would step in and be the day 1 starter. The Rams offense is perfectly set up for a QB like Wofford to succeed. Seattle could be looking for another mobile journeyman who could take over the Russell Wilson eventually. Wofford could be that guy at just 26 he would secure the future of the QB position for the 12's for a few years. The Ravens have Bill Harris but he has struggled, could Wofford possibly come in and compete for a starting role? I am not so sure that would happen so he would be better off going elsewhere.
Best Fit: Rams
Derek Carr - Giants, Bengals, Raiders, Jets: I don't see there being much of a market for Derek Carr, the Giants could fall back to him if any other options do not present themselves (although I would expect they are picking a singal caller in the draft) so I would assume Carr is going to be the backup in that case. Bengals could use a backup for Joe and Carr could come in and do some spot duty with the weapons that he is being presented out in Cincinatti. I don't think a reunion with the Raiders is out of the question either they got their Franchise guy but I am sure somewhere coach Tiko has a soft spot for good old Derek Carr. Another coach with a soft spot for Carr is coach Moji, I could see him being a backup for Coach Moji and playing well if pressed into duty.
Best Fit: Giants
Jameis Winston - Seahawks, Rams, Giants, Bengals, Patriots, Ravens: Jameis would step in and provide some stability to the question marks out in Seattle with Wilson's long term future in question. Winston could benefit from a Derrick Henry heavy offense. Bengals could use him for to backup Joe Burrow but the price would need to be right for that to happen. The Giants if they decieded to pass on Carr could use Jameis as a bridge to whoever they draft. Patriots can always use a backup, how much can Carson Wentz actually stay on the field this season? Jameis spent some time a few years ago with the Ravens and a reunion might make some sense here. Bill Harris has been subpar and Jameis could push the young QB for the starting job right out of the gate. The Rams and coach Jim have history with Jameis but it is not that great. They have loved him since his FSU days but is this the right fit, likley not for Jameis.
Best Fit: Ravens
