Los Angeles, Rams Facility -- Coach Jim sits in his office sipping some cold sweet tea and reflects on the last 3 seasons. There have been some amazing highs but more extrodinary lows. Gone is former number 1 overall pick Jared Goff and left is alot of uncertianty about who will line up under center for the Rams next season. A lot of rumors have swirled but we found out the entire offensive coaching staff was fired and a brand new approach has been brewed up much like Coach Jim's tea.
An Earthquake Of A Move In LA -- The news of the day broke today when it was announced Coach Jim and crew parted with a personal favorite of his Cam Akers, the 9th overall pick, and the 71st overall pick to bring in All Pro Christian McCaffery and the 22nd overall pick back to LA. McCaffery will surely be the crown jewel of this revamped offense. McCaffery was killing it over in Carolina and the Rams even faced his Carolina team this year coach Jim after the game had said this about him " Chrisitan is an excellent football player, any coach that has him is lukcy in the fact he makes game planning easier... he is a jack of all trades and is a Quarterbacks best friend"
Keeping Up With The West -- Coach Jim acknowleged that this team plays in arguably the best division in football. Coaches Ernest, Kad, and Ramesu are among the best and always bring the best out of me and our team. The Seahawks in the NFC Championship just a season ago, 49ers coming off two straight superbowl appearances before this year, and an Arizona team that seems to have the Rams number and that of the division as they've won it three straight times. Coach Jim "We wanted to continue to give our veteran superstars a chance to win and keep up with the rest of the teams in this division... We fully expect to compete to win a division, playoff games, and the ultimate goal of winning a championship... I have never won the big game yet but this is what you get up every morning thinking about, it's what you dream about when you go to bed at night"
In Final -- Free agency is still in full swing and there are lots of questions about the roster at this point but you can expect to see a revamped Rams offense this year trying to do it's best to hold on to the football. Free agency and the draft will tell the rest of this story and in a couple of hours you will know who the newest members of the LA Rams are.
