Rams fumble away heart breaker vs AZ

St Louis Post - In a week 16 matchup against top ranked AZ, Rams played their heart out but fell short in the end. Cardinals are one of the top teams every year in the league, and always tough to play against. The Rams D showed up with a truck stick scoop n score holding Cardinals within striking distance. Down 4 with a minute to go QB Ryan Alden channeled is inner touchdown Tommy n had Rams driving to just outside redzone. On a 3rd and 2 Sophmore superstar WR Optimus Prime tried to grab a 1st down catch n got blasted by cardinals causing fumble and ending the game. Rams coach Wayne Fontes was livid saying he never had position and should have been incomplete pass. While Rams have never beaten the Cardinals this was closest they've ever come. They'll treat game as a team builder hoping to lead to positive momentum into next season.
