The New York Giants keep momentum rolling for playoff hopes. Beating cross-town rival Jets in a tight battle 23-17. Offensively Giants having issues at the QB position not really knowing which direction to go. Both Tyrod and Eli are having a hard time getting completions let alone completing passes. Last week Eli came out the gate strong before hitting a wall throwing for 215 yds 1 TD 1 INT. Receiving leading the way was ODB with 4 catches 61 yds (3 drops). TE Adams went down early but backup Sawyer scored the lone receiving touchdown from Eli.
Defensive side leaders for tackles was FS Thompson tallying in 4. Apple (2) and Jenkins (1) both getting interceptions. Sacks Rookie OLB Wooten (2), Gregory (1), Goodson (1) and Vernon (1) causing pressure on Jets QB Levels. For the most part I was happy with the defensive play, but my concern is normally when offense punting more than we wanted. This week we face season ending game vs Bills who playoff hopes looks to be over after losing to division rivals Eagles.
