Bengals flip the switch in Home Opener

The Bengals went home 0-1 from the beat down from Dwayne's Colts. That came out of the tunnel with 65,000 fans screaming, as they looked to turn things around against divisional rival Miguel and his Ravens who are 1-0. The Ravens looked very good week one beating the Bills 23-3. The Game started a little slow but Andy Dalton tried to sling his way down the field however just like week 1 it didn't work. On the 2nd drive Dalton throws an INT and gives the Ravens great field position. The defence holds strong in the red zone and hold the Ravens to a field Goal. It wasn't till early in the 2nd quarter Dalton finds the newly added Dante Pettis for a 40 yard pass to get inside the 5. Benard spells Mixon and runs for a 2 yard td. Baltimore goes right down the field however Jackson throws 1 of his many INT's around the Bengals 25. 2 Plays later Dalton gives it right back to the Ravens on a poor cover 2 read. Bengals D stops them again and The Bengals march down Benard comes in for his 2nd carry of the game and has a huge 30+ yard run bringing them in the 5. Mixon cleans up with a TD. 14-7 Bengals. Middle of the 3rd Dalton finds Pettis on 3rd down for a 16 yard td in the back on the end zone. Starting the 4th Benard gets his PF Flyers on and rushes for a 51 yard td. Ross adds next drive with a big punt return and the Ravens fans who made the trip head home early in the 35-3 bounce back. The Bengals defence stepped up after they fell on their face last week. The OLine is still trying to find water as they fall off the boat. Last week 11 sacks given up this week 6 holding calls. Bengals will look to improve this in the offseason. The Bengals head to Carolina to take on Colin as he has had a solid start. Baltimore heads home to take on Longhorn's Broncos.
