Bears clean house

The Chicago Bears wasted little time evaluating talent. Over the last week or two, the Bears have signed multiple players and cleaned out what the front office deemed "dead weight".

Over the past week, signings include cornerbacks Patrick Robinson, Antonio Cromartie, Ben Swanson, and LaMarcus Joyner, receiver Brian Hartline, outside linebacker/defensive end Norman Cobb, defensive linemen Devon Still and Latevin Cole, linebackers Ashley Palmer and Lekambrick Moss, and running backs Reynaldo Ball and Matt Forte.

"We are trying to find some diamonds in the rough. Hopefully some of these guys can make some noise the last few weeks of the year and earn more permanent roster spots," Coach Winuvas said.

With so much turnover, can Coach Winuvas find some magic in the remnants of free agency? Or will most of these guys end back up on the street when the season is over?
