The Streak Ends at 27!

The streak has ended. The Denver Broncos have once again lost a game. But this time it took an NRG record breaking 27 games for it to happen again. Their last loss came in a crushing Super Bowl defeat against the Minnesota Vikings 28-23. The Broncos used that loss as fuel for the 2022 season and took off into history. Many are claiming this Broncos squad as the best team to ever play. Doubters will have a tough time trying to argue against this claim as the Denver Broncos just finished a streak no other team has come close to reaching. During their remarkable streak they not only hoisted the Lombardi trophy they went an incredible 19-0 during the 2022 season. They were Perfect. The only other team to go through a season undefeated were the '72 Dolphins, but even they only went 17-0. Like the Broncos they too Beat every team on their schedule so the 17 game perfect season they had is just as great. Some may argue that the '72 Dolphins or any other Super Bowl winning team is better than this squad. The 2022 season consisted of the Broncos routing every one of their opponents by an average of 21.3 points putting up team numbers like 1st in Interceptions with an outstanding 60, 2nd in sacks with 47. Their ferocious Defense even allowed a league low in points while their offensive counterparts scored a league high in points. Not even the almighty '72 Dolphins can say they put up numbers like these. Their is no question the '22 Broncos are the Greatest NRG team to ever play.
