Awards
1.    Annual awards winners (ex: OPOY, DPOY, Best QB etc.) get 1 dev upgrade
2.    Annual Rookie award winners get 1 dev upgrade but cannot exceed a Star dev

Rules
1.    All trades must be approved by commissioners
2.    No cpu trades
3.    Position changes that are NOT permitted. (HB to FB) (WR to TE) (WR To RB) (CB, FS, SS to LB)
4.    NO Custom playbooks are allowed
In Game Rules
5.    Must rush minimum of 3 players at all times on defense
6.    No Looping around the Offensive Line if you user rush
7.    Chew clock not allowed UNTIL the 4th Quarter
8.    No scum kicks
9.    Your play calls must be mixed up NO SPAMMING ANYTHING (ex. Man to Man or any other play in your playbook)
10.    If you are using 4/5 plays and just rotating them over and over you will be banned and booted. You MUST Utilize your full playbook. Again this is NOSPAM
11.    If you have not made it to the 50 yard line or past that you must punt the ball UNLESS it is the 4th quarter (If you’re winning by 2 touchdowns or more in the 4th below the 50 you must punt) *Revision: If it is 2nd quarter and you are below the 50 on 4th down, you may go for a hail mary if it is 10 seconds or less before the half.
12.    This is a no mercy league but maintain some level of sportsmanship. If you’re winning by 2 more touchdowns towards the end of the game don’t call timeouts to try to run up the score.
13.    Hurry ups are Only permitted 2min and under in the 2nd Quarter and 4min and under in the 4th Quarter (UNLESS you are down 21 or more point). Once you are no longer down 21 points hurry up rules go back to normal. If you call a hurry up by mistake you must call a Timeout or take a delay of game penalty. Failure to do so will result in a turnover. (we will take into consideration if you are a new user)
14.    (QB Scrambling) If it is not a designed QB run play, QB pressure, or the play is broken then the QB is not permitted to “scramble” out of the pocket. Failure to comply with the rule will result in a turnover. If a score occurred on the play then the opponent gets the same points scored as well as the ball. We all know what the QB scrambling cheese is. Everyone is on crossers then you hike and take off scrambling out the pocket.
15.    If you’re going to concede it must be done in the 4TH quarter. We encourage you to play the full game and fight back but if it is too much to bare then concede in the 4th quarter.
