The season and stadium may be different, however these Titans look eerily similar to last year. The team's offense has put up over 80 points between their first two games of the season, however the defense managed to give up even more. Both of the team's losses came in overtime, taking years off of fans' lives in the process. HB Derrick Henry looks to be the same dominant runner as usual despite a rough foot injury last season, putting up over 200 yards rushing between the team's first 2 games and leading the team in TDs. Rookie WR Devonta Smith has largely hit the ground running, scoring a TD in each game. Interstingly, the rookie has largely supplanted incumbent WR Tony Flores' old role on offense and special teams. There isn't much positive to talk about defensively, however rookies Kenny Ewing and Matthew Dent have both already recorded their first career interceptions. 2nd year EDGE Alex Williams has gotten off to a solid start as well, already recording a sack and TFL. On a positive note, the team will finally play their first regular season in their brand stadium next week against the division rival Jaguars.
