There has been a change in ownership in Nashville, with owner T Kane purchasing the team from its previous owner 2 games into the regular season. Unfortunately, the team has continued its poor play under new ownership, going 0-4 in its first four games of the season. The team has struggled on both sides of the ball, scoring too few touchdowns and not getting enough stops. Coach Mike Vrabel spoke to reporters after their loss to Atlanta and assured that changes would be made to the gameplan as the team begins to gel. Despite the horrendous play of QB Dak Prescott (4 TDs, 10 sacks, 12 ints), coach Vrabel stated that they were not contemplating a change at QB, noting that no single player on their team was responsible for their recent struggles. Expect the team to try to find ways to get Derrick Henry, recently signed to an extension, the ball and put the team on his back. One of the few other bright spots on the team has been the play of TE Jonnu Smith, who has 28 catches for 371 yards and 2 TDs only 4 games into the season. Defensively, the team is looking for its playmakers, Adoree Jackson, Kevin Byard and Jeffery Simmons, to start making more plays within a more creative defensive system.
