THE COLTS INQUISITOR

After two weeks this season, the Colts are 1-1, beating the Broncos in week one and falling to the Eagles in week number 2, "27-15." In that game, the Colts lost both their starting wideouts to injury early, Ty Hilton and Donte Montcrief. However, they managed to stay competitive most of he game, but the Eagles tough defense shut down the Colts passing efforts. On the other hand, the Colts mounted a nice rushing attack against the Eagles with free agent pick up Isaiah Crowell, gaining over 100 yards. Although, after 2 games, Crowell is amongst the league's leading rushers, he fumbled 3 times, one of which was near the goal line and turned the tide of the game.

This week, the Colts head into the division opener against the Houston Texans. Indy expects star receiver, TY Hilton to return to the lineup, but Donte Moncrief will be out for several weeks. Indy finished at the bottom of the AFC South last year and had one of the worst records in the NFL overall. If the team is to escape the same fate this season, Andrew Luck and the entire team, is going to have to do a better job of protecting the football then they did in 2018. It is ironic that a coach with the name of "THeeBusDriver32" lead a team that got taken to school all year long. The Colts are "1" point under dogs against the Texans this week.
