Vikings bad season has Coach Tizel Furious with team

After week 10s loss of another close one , coach Tizel is beyond furious with his team in how they have played this season. After ending last season on a 8-2 streak, he really had high expectations for his team. "We finished last season on such a great run, beat some really good teams no one expected us to beat. I thought we had alot of momentum coming into this season. When i first got here 4 seasons ago, we started a rebuild of this team. We had a couple down years in the process but we expected that. Now we feel like we have the best ,talent wise, team we have assembled, yet we just cant buy a win for some reason." 

 

There are actually many reasons why they cant seem to buy a win. First their QB has been sacked the the 5th most in the league this year  29 times. Along with being 3rd in most pics throw with 22. Some question if Teddy is on his way out , as he is seen as a big part of the problem. Not only is that a problem but they are 14th in run offense this season, something they normally are in top 10 of. Combined with their defense slacking off this year . Last season finishing 4th overall best defense is looking anything but this season. Only 14th in the league for defensive sacks, 14th also for fumbles caused by defense, but dead last in the league for number of INTs. We asked coach Tizel about that. "There is just something off with this team right now,I dont know what it is, but i know this, if they dont turn things around these last 7 games, there will be some heads on the chopping block at the end of this season, maybe even before then.We demand the best from our guys, and right now, only a few are giving us that.Its unaccaptable , and if they wont come to every game willing to play, they will be hitting the doors at the saesons end.This is not what we built this team up to be."

 

Four of their 7 losses have been within 5 points or less."Those are close games thats just slipping thru our fingers" coach Tizel yells as he slams his microsoft tablet on the table. "Last season we were finding a way to win those, but not this year.Its really frustrating , we train hard, we think we are prepared, and in those key moments this year, we have done anything but shine.These guys need something to kick start them.Last season it was beating the Bears, who went on to win the Superbowl I might add.Beating a team that good can give your team alot of confidence.While I know its anything but an easy task, we need a win next week , hopefully to jump kick start this team back up again like last year.I honestly dont know what else to do with these guys right now. "

 

With 7 games left on the season, there isnt much hope of making the playoffs sitting at 2-7 right now.Their main focus seems to be trying to get momentum for next year and hopefully along the way be the team that knocks someone else out of a playoff spot.Either way , it sounds like there may be some big roster moves coming to this team if they cant straighten out before end of the season.
