Steelers recap: The season did not go as the Steelers and coach Kevin Greene wanted. They started the franchise with the #2 overall pick taking Patrick Mahommes and Derick Henry with their first 2 picks with an explosive offense in mind. After an 0-2 start and scoring a combined 80 pts in their first 2 games they still struggled to find a win. They were able to even their record up to 2-2 but then dropped their next 2 and couldn't ever seem to get on track. They were led by their workhorse RB Derick Henry who led the league in broken tackles with 80 and over 690 after contact. The Steelers traded their star QB to try and bolster a lack luster defense but that did not prove to be successful. They finished the season 29th against the run and 13th against the pass. They look to rebound in 2021 in hopes to get a division title and a playoff appearance. |

The New York Jets we’re off to a horrid start due to the ownerships the team lacked motivation , the staff lacked leadership and the morale as a whole was horrible. Week 13 there was a huge change in staff they started fresh new head coach new coordinators and put together a new playbook to fit the legend Mr.Cheese legendary offense he came out of retirement to help rebuild this crashing plane. Mr.Cheese made it clear to make changes and started with a massive trade with the titans to acquire some key needs for this team, George kittle has the heart and wants to win and truly believes in this team which is what we needed a leader. The Jets organization acquired some young talent as well in Isaiah Coutler who is from Mr.Kings hometown and they feel he will have a breakout 2021 season with the rookie nerves out the window. With a top 5 pick it will be interesting to see who we target as we have a couple positions in mind as we are working and scouting everyday to find the perfect fit. We predict the Jets will go from 3-13 to Atleast 10 wins this season. LETS GO

Dolphins Season 1 Recap Before the start of M21, New Dolphins Head Coach Barack was told to accept being mediocre in a division that he would never win or compete in. He was told that the Patriots and Bills were the teams to beat and he would be lucky to win any games. The new coach took it in stride and started the season with low expectations and no stress on his back. The Dolphins took a different approach to the draft than most teams. Choosing to draft players who were viewed as over the hill as well as drafting a few young players. This led to a middle of the road team that didn't excite or excel in anything but would do just enough to stay in the game. A few trades were made to change the team structure as well by bringing in all time great Tom Brady as well as Dk Metcalf and DJ Chark Jr. In a surprise move, the team's 1st rd pick Jalen Ramsey was shipped out also as he was causing confusion in the locker room. Somehow this team of players that mostly no one wanted, banded together to have an impressive 15-1 season. The team has remained humble and tried to focus on winning and no stats or awards. Unfortunately in PPLS, the underdog who rises to the occasion isn't rooted for as the Dolphins are slowly finding out. It looks like all they have is each other as they try to win in a playoffs they were told they should have never been a part of....... GO DOLPHINS!!! |

Seahawks recap: The Seahawks started the season with a solid idea in mind. Behind the draft of strong defensive backs and young receivers. The team was built around developing the offense with Brandon Aiyuk/Justin Jefferson/KJ Hamler, and causing passing offenses headaches with Tre White/Donte Jackson/Justin Simmons. The season was quickly derailed after a quick succession of losses which forced the Seahawks to go in a different direction. The major trade of the season was dealing Kenneth Muray/Justin Jefferson for another young stud in Isaiah Simmons/Jaylon Smith and 2 second round picks. The second move of the season was to acquire superstar Kyler Murray. With the rare combo of speed and youth. The Seahawks moved Tre White/Justin Simmons/Baker Mayfield to acquire the superstar. The season ended up with promise with good wins posted at the end of the season to finish at 6-10. With a relatively high pick and 4 second round picks, the Seahawks hope to continue to build a strong team going forward. |

The eagles started the 2020 season on a hot streak. They quickly took control of the division and Josh Allen looked to be blossoming into a potential mvp candidate. Even the defense, which has always been a weakness under the current coaching staff, was looking good with unheralded olb ben banagu leading the league in sacks though several weeks. But things suddenly took a turn for the worse. It was almost as if some all powerful force changed the difficulty level on the field. The once dominant pass rush suddenly had no push while the rest of the league seemed to find their pass rushing groove. Then due to a sudden vacation by the coach The team went on a losing streak. Fortunately through the UNIMPEACHABLE leadership of coach/president Don Trump the eagles were able to get back on track and started to win their way back into lead in the nfc east. But just as soon as they took the lead in the division the idea of a playoff berth went to their heads. And in an epic choke job the team blew a huge lead to the Cowboys who came back in the 4th quarter. And with a go ahead kick to end the game the team not only lost any mathematical possibility the division lead but the wild card spot as well.
A few other young promising players were ss Ashtyn davis and MLB Jordyn brooks (who both annoyingly decided to spell their names with y’s instead of o’s as some sort of bromance pact with one another). Both were among league leaders in tackles. Also surprise, olb banagu made his first pro bowl and is expected to continue to improve. Also Allen is expected to take another leap in development after his probowl season. The eagles now look to capitalize on the 4 draft picks they have stockpiled in the first 2 rounds. Hopefully coach /president Trump can in fact make the eagles great again after all. |

Failcons recap The Falcons are used to losing in epic collapses and unfortunately, 2020 ended in the true Atlanta tradition. Still despite a tough loss in the divisional round, the ATL coaching staff had plenty of success to keep their heads high and build on for next season. Playing behind maybe the most porous offensive line in the league, Gardner Minshew thrived, finishing 2nd in passing yards (4872) and first in touchdowns (47). Runningback Saquon Barkley had a monster year, racking up over 2000 all purpose yards on the season. Barkley rushed for 1067 yards and 11 touchdowns while hauling in 75 catches for 1050 yards and 5 tds. In total, the Falcons had 3 players with over 1000 yards receiving. Team captain Cooper Kupp caught 64 balls for 1014 yards and 10 TDS, while breakout wide receiver Scotty Miller led the NFL in touchdown catches (17). Despite his 5'9" stature, Miller was a true redzone threat as he won with speed and route finesse. Miller finished with 1276 yards to lead the Falcons. On defense, the dirty birds struggled for most the season. A midseason trade for probowl defensive tackle Grady Jarret helped plug a leaky run defense, but the Falcons pass coverage was a season-long work in progress. Veteran pass rusher Justin Houston turned back the clock to provide the Falcons with 6 sacks, 33 tackles and 3 forced fumbles. Meanwhile, rookie CB Jaylon Johnson began playing at a high level toward the end of the season and could blossom into one of the leagues' best cbs over time. The Falcons defensive MVP was the ball-hawking safety Chancey Gardner Johnson. CGJ racked up 9 picks, 35 tackles and one forced fumble en route to his first probowl appearance. The Falcons are a young team and have few pieces that they expect to retire aside from LT Donald Penn and potentially Houston. The Falcons will likely use the draft to shore up holes on the offensive line. Look for Atlanta to look for trade partners for WR TY Hilton as the birds expect Isaiah McKenzie to step into a larger role on offense. If the Falcons can continue divisional dominance in the NFC South, expect the birds to be right back in the playoff mix next year. Awards:

There were very few bright spots to the Broncos 2020 season which ended with a 5-11 record. Rookie QB Jacob Eason led the NFL in passing yards but also led the league interceptions with 45. In order for the Broncos to take the next step Eason will need to limit his turnovers. Another, positive to the season was rookie WR Henry Ruggs who led the league on receptions with 112. He looks to come into the 2021 season with Preston WiLliams to form one of the best duos in the league. Although the Broncos defense was horrible they did have the AFC DPOY Tavarious Moore who led the league with 17 INTs. The Broncos will need to look for continued improvement from LB Devin White The Broncos will need to look for continued improvCBS Noah igbinogheneement from MLB Devin White, CBs Noah igbinoghene and Sean Murphy Bunting, as well as their pass rushers to take a leap forward next season. After a failed front office job In Los Angeles I was relived of my duties mid season. After applying for a job at Lowes a my resume somehow got passed on to an NFL executive. After seeing my extensive previous coaching and general managerial experience I a team went out on a limb and gave me another shot a t coaching. I was abruptly hired by the front office in Jacksonville due to the stepping down of the great longstanding general manager James Manning. It was there that I found my niche as a playcaller being given great pieces to work with I was able to turn a 4-5 record into an 11-5 playoff birth to end the season. Character issues began to plagued the team throughout the season with a suspension of the diva wide receiver Odell Beckam Jr. but we were able to fight through that and rid ourselves of the dead weight. A big late season acquisition of Tyreek Hill shows that the Jags are a no nonsense organization that will move on from players if need be at the drop of a hat! A first round upset of the tyrant Buffalo Bills, an old foe who had gotten the best of me early in the season was a significant sign that the Jags are not only here to stay, but a force to be reckoned with! |

After an up and down regular season, Jaylen Hurts led his Browns team into an elimination game just happy to be there. With the defense playing lights out, the Browns shocked the world and upset multiple time champion Patriots in the first round only to crash and burn against the mighty 1 seed in the next game. Looking to the future the Browns, I mean the Desperados, move into a new stadium, in a new city, with a new coach, and new optimism for the future. Can the defense take the next step to championship level? Can Hurts prove he can get it done in the big situations? Will the offense be able to move the ball more consistently? The answer to the questions is probably no but the Desperados are ready for whatever comes next. |
