Yes if you look up kershaws max velo on his fastball between his avg. velo it is 93-96 max velo being 99 hes touched it a few times this year in REAL LIFE game needs to become more real with stuff like that.. He can get up close to 100 he just cant do it all season and stay healthy so he doesnt throw 99 all the time so he doesnt pull a syndergaard and of course if you dont believe me go to -> fangraphs -> search-Clayton Kershaw -> splits -> pitch type and read all of his velo readings from 2010 to now every year max velo is 98.8+
