Week 8 is looming over the league, and players have yet to
really move. Sewell is in talks for a contract and meeting a wall,
and it's no secret as to why. The Lions cannot pay Sewell without
making much larger cuts in the upcoming year.
The larger issue is finding a team that will take Sewell, and what
they're willing to trade. Detroit has been sending out offers all
month long and the teams that have responded, Rams, Pats, and the
Jets, have come up empty handed....
It was a tough week for the Lions, but not without some small
victories.
Cincy came in boasting a large rushing attack that kept pushing
Detroit to it's limits. The Lion's defense kept giving up trips to
the redzone, let's also mention the Lions had over 10 goalline
stands, a record in it's own right.
A game of attrition is a game of time, and Cincinatti controlled
most of it. Another good performance from Shawn Bush wasn't
enough...
It's been a long way to get to week 4 for Tony Kendricks, being drafted at wide receiver and then transitioning to the bottom of the depth chart.
After week 1, Lions WR Coach Randle El had nothing to work with, while Erick Reddick and Paul Cherry topped the 5 and 6 spots on the roster. Kendricks had been in the practice squad window for most of the time coming up to week 1, with the weeks leading up to week 2 a rush to find value. Kendricks was drafted for his explosive spee...

From a tough start last year, Jamaal Williams was watching Goff
and Jameson Williams break records. This year, after this 4-0
start, the 1st Swag Kazakaga Jamaal has already been out in force,
rushing for over 250yds on the season through 4, and with a huge
17/126 in week 3 vs the Eagles.
The Lions with Shawn Bush have looked different enough than with
Goff, taking the rushing game into account now. With a more
simplified playbook for the rookie, the rushing game has
emerg...
It's a shock how well this kid from Old Dominion is playing,
24-45 502yds 7td/2int is a pretty cool stat line right?
Even last week was a powerful statement vs Philly, commanding the
offense as a rookie is no small feat. Gunslinger in week 1 with a
371yds 3td/4int statline, is now a King with a dominating 7
touchdown performance. Detroit fans and ownership are going crazy
over this kid, without having to pay Goff the contract last year,
Detroit is still on path t...
In a surprising turn of events, the Jalen Hurts-led Eagles team faced a shocking defeat against the Lions during week 3 of the 2025 season. Despite the highly touted "Georgia Defense," they couldn't contain the impressive rookie QB, Shawn Bush. ...
Early outtings and early mistakes, still don't matter on a
24-39, 402yds, 4 TD/2 INT and 2 TD Rushing.
Aiming to bench him for Geno next week, Detroit put him out for a
test run and knows where to stitch the seams.
From Detroit down to Arizona, and Offseason to LA. Dan Campbell
is out and back in the business as the Head Coach of the Los
Angeles Rams.
Coach Campbell has came out in saying he has found a local medical
facility that has been treating him for his illness that made him
unable to coach full time in Detroit.
