Steelers win second in a row despite hostile road crowd, 31-24

The Steelers came into this game, fresh off of a dismantling of the Bengals and started off hot with a 75 yard one play touchdown pass to Bryce Love.  After that, things settled down though and the Browns were able to jump back out to a 17-7 lead before the Steelers tied it back up going into halftime.  In the second half, the Steelers were able to put the game away and take the 31-24 victory.

Offensively, Josh Rosen was shaky at first.  He threw picks on back to back drives which allowed the Browns to take a 2 score lead.  Once he got settled in, he became a man on a mission, completing 24 of 28 for 358 yards and 4 touchdowns.  The run game missed Whitlock in this outing.  B.Love was only able to get 72 yards on 14 carries and Cedric Ashmore was a ghost all game.  B.Love and J.Smith-Schuster both had 2 touchdowns through the air.

On the other side of the ball, the defense didn't play their best but played well enough.  TJ Watt had a huge sack on the last drive of the game to all but knock the Browns out of it.  M.Maye added another interception to his total on the year.  The Steelers had 8 passes deflected and should have probably come away with more than the 1 interception they managed to log.  But they did hold D.Pritched to a 35% completion percentage so it wasn't all bad.  They also held both Browns running backs to under 4 yards per carry.

Next up for the Steelers, a trip to Cincinnati to take on a Bengals team that they just destroyed a week ago.  I'm sure the Bengals will be looking to make up for that disappointing showing, but hopefully the Steelers can have a repeat performance.
