The Steelers came in to this game looking to redeem themselves after back to back losses and faced a 5-1 Bengals team that had only lost to the undefeated Ravens.  The Steelers took the lead on the first drive of the game and never looked back.  About the only thing that didn't go the Steelers way was Roman Whitlock going down with a shoulder tear on the second play of the game.  After seeing Bryce Love and Cedric Ashmore carry the load, the Steelers running game is in capable hands until his return.

The offense was extremely explosive today as Josh Rosen was 18/21 for 290 yards and 3 touchdowns.  On the ground, Love and Ashmore combined for 18 carries and 135 yards to go with a touchdown.  They also added 3 catches for another 36 yards and another touchdown.  Kahlil Wallace topped 100 yards receiving and Deon Traynor was 6 for 94.  Both players also found the end zone.

The defense played one of their best games of the season.  Despite not getting a single sack, they had 3 interceptions and a fumble recovery.  Sidney Jones was responsible for one of those interceptions, the fumble recovery and scored a touchdown off of the interception.  Ulysees Gilbert led all Steelers tacklers with 7 tackles.

Next week the Steelers travel to Cleveland to face the 1-6 Browns.  If this season has proven anything, its that records don't really matter and anything can happen.
