Recap:

AFC:

#6 Jets @ #3 Ravens

  • Jets pull out the victory in the snow and now head to New England. Jets 20, Ravens 13.

#5 Browns @ #4 Chiefs

  • Browns make easy work of the Chiefs, 42-17, and now have their sights set on Indy.

NFC:

#6 Redskins @ #3 Falcons

  • NYT did it! Falcons handle business at home, 38-20, and hope to avoid snow in Green Bay.

#5 Vikings @ #4 Cardinals

  • The Cardinals were able to play the better game and will be heading to Philly as they edge out the Vikings, 20-17.

Divisional Round

#6 Jets @ #1 Patriots

  • The Pats have handled business against the Jets both times and hope to make this week just as easy. The Jets know they can beat the Pats. They know how to stop the offense and punish the defense, but it is easier said than done. Will the Jets be able to hand the Pats their first loss or will New England be host to yet another AFC Championship game? I know I can beat QB but I just can’t do it. QB, I hope now you complete the undefeated seasons. Pats win, 28-17.

#5 Browns @ #2 Colts

  • Woods just made light work of a tough Chiefs team and basically cake walked into the divisional round. Indy has had a great season but I don’t know if their defense will be able to stop this high powered Browns offense. Will Woods make his first championship appearance or do we have to listen to Prime brag some more? Like I’ve been saying, I think this is Woods’ year! Give me the Browns over the Colts, 27-24.

NFC:

#4 Cardinals @ #1 Eagles

  • Colt was able to put together a game winning drive and walk into the end zone with just under 30 seconds left to secure his spot in the divisional round. Dan was finally able to win the NFC East after just missing out since he came into the league. Will the Cards be able to put up more than 20 points to beat an eagles team that almost can score whenever or will the Eagles show why they are the #1 seed? Sorry Colt, this will be over by half time. Eagles lunch their ticket to the NFC Championship with a 38-17 win over the Cardinals.

#3 Falcons @ #2 Packers

  • NYT just got over a little hump but Lawyer will be a much more difficult task. The Packers finally won a division title and hope to keep their best season to date going with a win over the Falcons. CanNYT show he is a legit contender or will Lawyer be 1 game away from playing for another Simbardi? I always have a gut feeling that NYT is going to lose but for some reason I always take him. That feeling is still there and the choice is still the Falcons! Falcons 24, Packers 21.
