‘Twas the night before Christmas and all the through West a not so spookyworld (creature) was stirring in the Bay Area trying to create a mess. There seems to be turbulence on or about Pier 49 in the Bay about an uprising....But when you take a deep dive into the numbers you can see how idols become rivals!

Let’s explore a historical breakdown of the Seahawks vs. 49ers. The Hawks have a 5-1 edge this cycle vs. the Gold Diggers and have been victorious in the last 4 meetings. This means the San Francisco 49ers have not won a game in this match-up in the last 2 years. The Hawks have outscore SF 190-122......

Seahawks vs. Cardinals. The Red Men in the Desert present a very different challenge. The Hawks have a 3-2-1 all-time records vs. the Cards. With the last game being a tie. Collectively, the Seahawks have outscored the Cardinals 110-96. Only 2 touchdowns separate these two divisional foes...

Future’s closing remarks:

By the numbers, it appears that the Seahawks new rivals are the Arizona Cardinals. No shade to the 49ers and there efforts to get better, we still got anti-love for ya. But we must clearly shift on focus to what is going on in the desert to better prepare us.

I love my divisional rivals. No shade toward the Rams. We all have a great love/hate relationship. If we not playing each other I support and root on my division mates. But once we put the ball down and we line up between the hash marks. It’s on and we trying to destroy each other.

Merry Christmas,
