With 26 seconds left in the game, after converting 4th and 18, the Colts were running out of time on their comeback attempt after they let a multiple score lead slip away. The Colts snapped the ball and the Cowboys RE Crawford, broke through a double team. With no one open and no other choice but to throw the ball up, Moncrief went up and saved he day, snagging the ball in front of 2 Cowboy defenders, giving the Colts enough time to kick the gamewinning FG.
