Its getting about that time

Ok guys, so we are getting to a point in madden where people start slacking off . Some due to fact they dunno how to handle losing. Some , tired of losing. Some, just know they cant win it all and just start to lose interest after the game has been out this long. So i would like to go over a few things about this. 

      As an owner in this league , when you joined , you knew this was a year round league . Not for part timers. When you joined your team thats what you were agreeing to. I dont care if your having a losing season, feeling down about how you keep losing or anything along those lines. You have a responsiblity to other owners. Quick communication is still required no matter what time of the year or season it is. Its 2015 and there really is no good excuse for not doing so. Some may claim this, but i find it hard to beleive everyone dont check their phones thruout the day at some point to see if they had any missed calls or missed texts.If you see a text from an owner you need to respond to it asap.Otherwise you dont belong here quite frankly.

    This leads me to my next issue. A couple of you here , have earned yourself a reputation of never being the first to text someone to set up a game time. All of those with this reputation, are the same ones we hardly ever see on site. You dont ever take the initiative and contact your opponents first. You sit back and count on the active members to notify you . This is going to change. After this season, there will be some , not named on site, who i will be telling their opponent each week not to text them first. If they dont hear from opponent within first 12 hours from advance ( you have over 12 hours as you can text them before advances thanks to how our system is set up, so i dont wanna hear it ), they will be granted the ability to play your CPU . If found 2 times this happens to you, you will not be able to draft in upcoming draft, will not be allowed to trade those picks, nor will you be allowed to trade at all the following season. You will have to prove you can do better before being allowed to trade again. Its is only a few im speaking to here. The other thing is this, you will also face possible being removed from this league all together if you cant be active and text your opponents  , instead of always waiting on them to text you. If your that lazy , honestly we dont need you here. We dont need for members , so we not tolerating those who wanna be slack all the time anymore. We want active owners. You need to be pro actively looking who your next opponent is and texting them even before advances. 

 

       For those who think "fine ill just leave now and come back next madden", dont count on that. I will not be holding anyones spots for them , when we have a majority of guys who stick things out year round. If you cannot , sorry , but i wont be placing you at the top of any list come madden 16. Of course some things i can understand and may, but not promising anything , allow as a reason to not be here but not just because you cant be man enough to take losses like a man . If its not fun to you , naybe you should stop playing madden all together .There are pleanty of guys who lose and keep playing . This is not a league for part timers who only want to play if they can win. If you leave the league and at the time your activness has been in question , i will have to make sure your put on the bottom of our list come madden 16 , if at all . 

 

     To those who are still being active, communicating well , following rules, i say Thank You ! Each and everyone of you have made this league what it is by being active , following rules, and not acting like children. You already handle your responsiblites like men, and for that I commend you . This madden has had tough issues , we have worked around the best we could.We will continue the league the rest of the year and look forward to hearing and seeing new info on the next madden coming up at E3 and after. I just felt for those who have been staying active, the things above needed to be said and addressed.Mainly for those who are being active , because , to me its just disrespectful to you all , when a few seem to have lost interest and just quit trying . We want to get in as many seasons as we can, and you guys are the ones making that possible. Thank you again.
